Laser Craze

I just wanted to send a quick message to express how satisfied I was with my visit to Laser Craze with John (manager), and the other two employees Ryan & Ricky.
First of all, the environment was incredible. Everything was clean and in working condition. The manager John made sure the bouncy houses were working and safe before he let us in.
The food was great and fair priced.
Laser tag was safe and well explained. The employees running it were incredible with our young nephews. They taught them what to do and even stayed with them to help them.
The employees were available and willing to help with any questions. They had extreme patience with our young nephews.
Overall, we were extremely impressed with the visit and will definitely be back and recommend your establishment to all we know!

I took my bf and little cousins (6 and 10 yrs old) here and we all LOVED it.
We had a Groupon which brought us in, and played 4 rounds of Laser Tag with about 15 others. Each round lasted 5 mins. It was SUPER fun, even as an adult playing with kids. I never thought that it could ever get this intense. It was like 40 minutes of intense cardio playing with these kids.
After laser tag, we went over to the huge inflated playground and slides they had. Each kid is $ 9 if you’ve played a round of laser tag, if not, it is $ 10.
The kids had a lot of fun and were tired at the end of the day. I’m already planning my second visit and telling my friends about it!

It’s not my first time the I come to this place me and my kid love this place and today they having a prive party but they staff let me go in with my kid they was so apologetic for the situations witch was fine but for the situations they prove one more time that they are the best place around for the kids I’m lucky to live close to this place. Great team.

I have now been three times this school year with my afterschool program. A few days ago we brought the children I work with daily and my staff for the first time. I got a call the night before to confirm our reservation and go over all the details. We brought 65 children grades 1 – 5. The younger children got to play in the Adrenaline Zone and the older children were split into two groups for laser tag. All had pizza and got to play in the arcade. When we arrived, they gave us schedules that they had created for all three groups and staff members spoke to the children and explained what they would be doing. They wrote the children’s names on all the arcade cards even. They were extremely organized and ready for us.
The staff at this place is simply wonderful. They called us and the children by name when they could and were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were not stingy with the pizza or drinks, even bringing us soda for the teachers and offering us coffee (one staff member even went around with the coffee and accessories on a pizza tray and offered it to the adults). When they found out one of our children could not eat pizza due to a dairy allergy, they asked me if it was okay to offer him a slushie, which he loved and I appreciated being asked first. Every member of my staff commented to me at some point about how fantastic and helpful the LaserCraze staff were. They were kind to the children as well. The manager checked in with me several times to make sure everything was going well. Beyond the facility itself the staff here made us really want to come back.
The kids had a blast. The Adrenaline Zone area is full of fun slides and bouncy obstacle courses, etc. We had some tired little ones on the way home. I did not get to experience laser tag, but the kids and staff who did absolutely loved it. The arcade has lots of really fun, very modern games that are great to play together with friends. The whole facility is attractive and very clean. Their pizza is even pretty good! This is a perfect place for a group trip!

Honestly a great place to bring your kids, especially in the winter. I can’t speak for the laser tag as my son is too young for it. The jumping things are great for the kids (and me) it’s nice I can go in and jump around too. They have a small arcade as well when you need a break from jumping around. The reason I give this place 5 stars is for the staff. Everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond. They serve pizza, icees, coffee, and some drinks. It’s nice for the kids with food allergies, as the ingredients of the pizza are listed in plain sight and don’t include any major food allergens. They have a large space for birthday parties. This place is very clean, and helpful that they have hand sanitizing stations throughout. Definitely worth the $ 10 to bring my son to burn off some energy!

Had a great time! Didn’t do laser tag but I’ve been to their North Andover facility and always had a good time. The place is new, really clean and the arcade had good selection and everything was shiny and new. Kid sister had a great time and it was pretty affordable. The only down side was that we tried to order a pizza at 9pm, 2 hours before they close but they had already «closed up» the pizza station. So… We went next door to Papa Gino’s. We’ll definitely be back!
