I’ve been here three or four times now and it has been top tier every time.
The moment you walk in you’re greeted by the warmest, most caring people to work in the business. Jen and Katia are extremely observant, able to pick out what you need from a few moments of conversation and get rid of all that stress. They’ll also remember you as _​you_​a.k.a. what you did last time, what you like/​dislike, and what you might need in the future.

Jen is very attentive to the client’s individual needs and will customize the massage depending on how you feel. My husband and I have both seen her for several years and she’s always excellent! I have also had facials, microderm, and Soli-​tone with her — by far the best facial I have ever had! And the microderm is far superior to the experiences I had with it at the more expensive places in Boston. I happy and relaxed every time I arrive at Kalis because I know the services are going to be wonderful.

Katia is great! She’s such a sweet welcoming lady. She’s very professional too, and always give good advice on facial and skin product. I have my wedding next month, and I started here about a month ago. Great experience! Katia doesn’t just want to just sell me the most expensive product or try to get me pay for more services. Instead, she would work with me, and discuss my skin condition every time before we decide what to do for my appointment. She would also give me samples to try at home.

Jen tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes and I was really impressed. I have rich and full eyebrows now and I don’t need to wear mascara everyday! Jen did a really great job and I would trust her to do it again! I like the idea of trying new things but sometimes get nervous and Jen answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. We took before and after pictures and the difference was incredible. I left shocked (in the best way!) and BEAUTIFUL. I am beyond thrilled I tried this new and amazing service. As a stay at home Mother to two small kids the daunting task of filling in my eyebrows and applying eyeliner and mascara can be frustrating — so, this allows me to have more time in the morning with my kiddos. Yay!

I just had my eyebrows tinted & waxed by Jen and they have never looked so good!!! LOVE how rich & full my eyebrows now look. She knows what she’s doing and airs on the side of caution — particularly for those trying it out for the first time. Looking forward to my new quick & easy morning make-​up routine!

Katia is able to make a one-​hour visit feel like a day of vacation! Love her vibe and care, she is a wonderful person with positive energy… should go there more often for sure.

I have been seeing Jen for massage therapy over the last few years. She is outstanding! I always leave feeling refreshed. The best thing about Jen is that she learns new techniques and it’s something you can really tell during the massage. She tailors things to your specific needs. If you have body aches or just want to take time for yourself, definitely make an appointment to see her.
The location is great. Very convenient area to travel. Always ample parking. The inside atmosphere is serene, you feel relaxed even in the waiting area.

Just got back from a beautiful facial with Katia. I’m ready for my vacation now and my face is radiant and has that beautiful healthy glow. It gave me a moment to relax between all the stress of packing and finishing up work. I also love gifting Katia’s services to my friends. What better gift than sharing a moment of relaxation and pampering.

Katia is the best! Yes, I’m a guy and I get my back waxed! Do your ladies a favor and get it done guys! I had my first facial there a couple weeks ago. People noticed how good my skin looked afterwards. Plus it’s like an upper body massage that washed all my stress away!
I trust Katia so much I took my teenage son too. Jen removed much of his acne and blackheads and even gave us techniques to keep them away!

Katia is the best! Very kind, professional, and thorough. Her facials are better than anywhere else I have ever been. Now that I have found her, I will never trust anyone else with my waxing needs or for my facials. She adds a special touch with hot stones that is my favorite part!

I just had my first massage w Jen yesterday, and it was so awesome! The spa is in a house and as soon as you walk in, you instantly feel «zen.» The owner has done such a nice job creating a relaxing atmosphere… it is beautifully decorated. The owner is very very nice. Jen is amazing. I plan on booking another appt soon! Very reasonably priced too.

This is the first time that I had such a positive experience at a spa that I feel the need to shout it out to the world. I was absolutely thrilled with the care and attention that I received during my facial at KaLis! Katia, the owner was very warm, friendly, and genuine. I let her chose the best facial treatment for me, and was happy to see that she didn’t jump at the opportunity to suggest the most expensive service availbe. Quite the contrary, I received a relatively mild vitamin c facial treatment for sensitive skin which was very appropriate for me given my dermatolic history and the fact that I was new to this spa product line. The best part– Katia added in all types of complimentary services during my facial that I did not expect. She gave me a hot stone massage on my arms, massaged my scalp, «zapped» a few blemishes, and even tweezed a few stray hairs. After my facial was finished there was no pressure to buy products or reschedule for another service. Katia gave me a few product samples to use over the next month and informed me that future appointments can be scheduled if I like.
One word of note, don’t let the drive by appearance of this spa fool you. The spa is in a charming cape that seems like a private residence from the road. However, once you step inside you will have entered a «pamper and relaxation» oasis with a well appointed waiting area and private and soothing rooms.

I had an outstanding deep tissue massage here, it was excellent. The staff was very nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in. I will be going back soon.

KaLis is just an amazing little gem located on Milk St in Westborough. The first feeling I had when I walked in the front door was «HAPPY». It’s located in an adorable little cape that is beautifully decorated and very warm, just like Katia, the owner. My daughter has had two facials so far, and both times Katia took the time to really clean her skin and educate her on how to take care of her skin forever. I see that she has a masseuse also available, I think the next time I will book an appointment for both a facial and a massage. Trust me, you will fall in love a KaLis Spa.

I rarely write reviews based on my experiences, but I felt obligated too after my last visit to Kalis Day Spa. My second visit reaffirmed my feeling after my initial visit that Kalis Day Spa is a such a hidden gem. Katia, the owner, is amazing and literally gives the best facial. SO RELAXING. After both visits, I felt completely rejuvenated and invigorated. She mentioned she has a massage therapist, but I can only speak to the work Katia does. I highly recommend getting your next facial at Kalis Day Spa in Westborough.
