This review is more for Home Depot Corporate than the individual store that is just blindly following orders. Recently I shopped and proceeded to the checkout counter. I presented my county issued veterans ID card and was told that it is no longer honored by HD. I expressed my dissatisfaction and told the cashier that it was always honored and she replied that HD corporate is tightening up loose ends and no longer wants to honor the ID. Folks if you served, suggest we take our business elsewhere.

Staff at Home Depot was very customer oriented and friendly, deserving of 5 stars! The bad: I bought a new washer and dryer and all was great up until the company they hire to install them (GE Appliances) showed up at my house. They were supposed to show up between 4 and 8 PM but called at about 8:30 PM saying they were going to be late (I asked to reschedule but it would have been three days later) They arrived at 11:00 PM! To top it off they didn’t have a dryer duct to finish hooking the dryer up. I purchased one of these during the initial purchase in store.
The second time they had to come they had one job: hook the dryer duct up to the dryer. They didn’t bring one to install!
Third time was about 10 days later after the initial installation. They actually brought what they should of had the first time.
Due to this secondary company doing the installs I would be hesitant buying a washer and dryer here again.

The Westampton Home Depot in my humble opinion is as good as it gets. The associates bend over backwards to help any time they can. The department heads are pros at what they do and can literally help with doing anything. Unlike many Home Depots, there are always associates around who will actually walk up & ask if you need help.

Even though I live right next to Lowes, I drive out of my way to get the better service at this Home Depot. Always welcoming and helpful.
