Stayed for 4 nights. Every day arriving back to room, room was made up, but no towels to be found, had to go to the front desk and ask for them. One of the nights, the woman behind the counter seemed very annoyed that she had to stop talking on her cell phone long enough to tell me I couldn’t have any towels because she was washing them(after 5pm). Every night, had to have the key to the room re done because it didn’t work anymore. Breakfast, which is supposed to start at 6:30, never got started any earlier than 7. This morning, no hot water in the shower. Service was absolutely horrible, wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

We went to the Holiday inn express, on 541. Once you leave they send a survey and ask you how was your stay. I got stung by a wasp in the bed. There was 11 dead bugs on the window sill. I had to use a handicapped shower. There was very little water pressure, I had to take the shower hose down to reach the bench. When I took the hose down the water didn’t work at all. I showed the house keeper the bugs, she said they did vacuum? She took the wasp to the front desk, and she said they will have to tell maintenance about the shower. I got an email saying they will not use my survey because it didn’t line up with their approval. THATCRAZY!!! Why don’t they post the reviews about your true experiences.

I am mainly writing this review because I received such a different experience from all of the other reviews of this hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, the Wi-Fi was free, and it had been recently remodeled and updated. The room was very nice, with electrical outlets in the lamps(very convenient) and had a great feel to it. Being a platinum member, I was automatically upgraded to a suite. Certainly not necessary(I basically only sleep in the room and always arrive after 11pm, since I’m always traveling for business), but it was a nice change of pace. I would definitely stay here again. The price was comparable to other hotels in the area, maybe even a bit lower than average. The $$$$ pricing seems inaccurate. I’d say it’s a $$ hotel, compared to the other hotels in the area.

Worse customer service I’ve ever had anywhere, they kicked me out while I was waiting to meet someone! Cynthia claimed she needed to vacuum an area I was sitting in so I moved to another spot, she she she needed to vacuum that spot as well and asked me to wait out side for the person I was waiting for, I walked out the the parking lot and thought about what just happened, I walked back in the tell her how rude that was and she started screaming at me as loud as she could while the phone was ringing at the front desk, I still can not believe how I was treated!

It’s a Holiday Inn Express. It’s a bed and a roof. Don’t eat the breakfast.

Well first of all, being a Priority Club(Platinum in my case) member means really nothing here. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not the pretentious type for things like this. I know in reality it means nothing but come on, throw me a bone here. Not even a complimentary water bottle let alone a room upgrade. Anyway– The hotel is pretty outdated. The outside could use some cosmetic upgrades. I’m VERY loyal to the IHG hotel brand but I have to say, the Marriott next door was looking a lot better than this was. Rooms were decent… nothing special about them. Housekeeping didn’t really do a full room cleaning, just made the beds and that’s it. There was an indoor pool so that was a perk but I didn’t get to use it. Needless to say I wouldn’t return here. You are getting the bare bones at this hotel and it’s not worth the price.

Had a reservation here, would never stay again. First room had a bad stench. Switched to a room that did not smell clean, but it least did not smell like mold. They actually label their pillows as firm and soft, I could not tell the difference they were all lumpy. Lamp shade had a whole in it. Avoid at all costs.

The good first… very clean rooms, super friendly staff, nice lobby, and an indoor pool. The bottom of the pool had some debris and need to be cleaned, but the water was warm and clean. The breakfast was just okay. Not much expected for free. The biscuits were hard and the milk tasted funny. The rest was okay. There is an IHOP about a block down the street and I think a TGI Friday’s. If you need to shop, there is a Target, Home Depot, and some other small shops. Applebee’s and Cracker Barrel are just across the interstate. Good location. About 20 minutes from Philly and 20 minutes from McGuire AFB.

I stopped here off the Jersey Turnpike after a long day of driving. I had no reservation. The only room they had was a smoking room, and I said what the hell, and took it. I opened the door, and I was immediately hit with the odor of smoke. I’m not hypersensitve to smoke or anything, the room was just permeated with it. It would have been nice had they done a better job of ventillating the room. :/Then, I discovered that the carpeted floor near the A/C was soaked. Not in the standard slight condensation, but absolutely soaked to the point that my socks were soaked clear through after 1 second of contact with the spot. I reported this to the front desk, but they didn’t have any other rooms, and they didn’t have a maintance person available until the morning. It was a place to sleep, which was really all I needed, but it wasn’t a great experience. Oh, and the breakfast in the morning? Horrible. The eggs were like rubber, the orange juice was like badly flavored orange water, and the french toast was served cold and wasn’t good either. The staff was very friendly, but that was only thing the motel had going for it.
