99 Restaurant & Pub

Food is always decent, service is ok. But, when they are slow i ask for a quiet table in a corner. They say sure no problem, then. 10 minutes later they stick a noisy family right next to us, has happened many times. And this is when the place is slow. For that reason, got to give them a 2. Now red robin solved this by have an adults only dining area, that works !

Ok, so every now and then I get a craving for «corporate» food. You know what I mean, right? Decent-​but-​dull, reasonably-​priced, same-​at-​any-​location, guaranteed-​to-​have-​mozzarella-​sticks kind of place. Guess what kids? Cape Cod is in short supply of such places. Believe me, I checked! Chilis? TGIFriday’s? Ruby Tuesday’s? Applebees? I even checked for Red Lobster, which I’m pretty sure put me on the Cape Cod terrorist watch list. If you want any of that crap, head over to the bridge, mofos.
Yes, there is an Olive Garden. I mentioned it to my (Calabrian) boyfriend, and I’m still getting the evil eye from him. –_​-​;; Your best bet is Not Your Average Joe’s or Hearth and Kettle but my god I’ve eaten there SO much.
And yes, I had checked the 99 before, but it had literally no vegetarian options. So imagine my delight when, in desperation, I looked them up again and saw that they had added a few choices. Nothing big, mind you, but there is a veggie burger, an… open-​faced veggie burger, and a pasta entrée. Plus a few apps (mozzarella sticks! told you!) Still, that was all the incentive I needed, and I don’t regret checking it out at all. The location is excellent (parking lot is a little weird) and the atmosphere totally chill.
Waiter was a robot. He was pleasant enough, but definitely a robot. S’cool. I’m not some anti-​robot bigot.
Food was decent-​but-​dull. Exactly what I was looking for! I ate every bite and got dessert! Drinks looked really yummy and I’m annoyed I didn’t save room for a cocktail. Next time!
Overall, if you’re visiting the Cape, I don’t think the 99 is really something special for vacation (unless you have picky kids or something). However, if you’re just in the mood for food you don’t have to come to the Cape for, then the 99 might be just what you’re looking for!

Living on the Cape, I’m not generally one to go for chain restaurants. This one, however, is good, clean and well run. The food is much better than average and the help is upbeat and friendly. Have never had a bad meal here. Their wings and skins are highly recommended. Will post a pic the next time I go back.

The quality at this particular restaurant is very inconsistent. Last Wednesday night, I was served a baked scrod with fish that is already rotting. Very disappointed !

Definitely one of the best restaurants in the West Yarmouth area. My family and I go here a lot, since we have a beach house up here. I never get sick of it. The food is superb, the service is excellent and fast, the waiters are very caring, nice, and funny (Tim, Sylvia, Heather, we’re looking at you), and the environment is great.
The Verdict: If you’re looking for a casual resturant with great food and service, it’s best to come here!

I had no idea what Ninety Nine was, but we decided to check it out because they had bar trivia one night. We pulled up late after a baseball game and the place was mobbed. It’s hard to imagine why they need such a large parking lot when you pull up, but when you see the hoards of people waiting to get in, you can understand why. We ate the bar which was fine and the food, although typical chain restaurant variety, was a step up from any Friday’s or Applebee’s. Wish we had one back in my neck of the woods.

Great family restaurant with excellent prices and good portions. Large menu with anything you could want. Complimentary popcorn when you are seated. Pleasant hostess and waitress. Service was a bit slow, but we were not in a rush. Cold in the restaurant too. Could use more vegetarian entrees. Good location off of 28 with plenty of parking. Great for families, lots of tvs.

Very good service and reasonably priced quality meals.
A pleasant surprise compared to Hearth and Kettle

The food is always consistant no matter which location you go to. No surprise never had a bad meal.
As far as the service a wonderful waitress named Natasha is very nice and efficient. Hopefully you will be lucky to have her, she deserves a good tip!

First time at this restaurant. Service was excellent. Our server made a couple of recommendations and I took his advice on the turkey tips. They were awesome. My wife had the warm lobster roll and said it was amazing. We would definitely recommend this spot.

we have been here a few times and i have to say the place is okay! I really don’t want to be friends with a chain restaurant, but its hard to be unhappy with this one. We always sit at the bar and it’s always a pleasant experience. tonight I had the onion soup, which was pretty good. I also had four spicy wings because they were on special for 49 cents each every thursday. My husband had the iceburg salad, which he loves, but I can’t stand! Our bill was under 20 bucks! The service is always really good here and the food is always better than expected. Its sad when a chain beats out local food…

My favourite bar on the Cape. Great wings, burgers etc. With bud select at less than € 2 a pint you can’t go wrong. The more you drink the more you save!!!

The restaurant is neat and clean as you would expect from this chain. The hostess did not leave a good impression at all we were not greeted at all and it seemed that we were inconveniencing her asking for a table. Our waitress Sylvia, however was a complete joy. My daughter ordered the French Onion Soup and I had the seafood chowder as appetizers. My daughter said her soup was delicious. My seafood chowder was thick and flavorful. My mother and I got the chicken Parm, my daughter got the kids pasta and my so got the junior cheeseburger. The portions were huge and very tasty. The breeding on the chicken parm was crunchy — just the way I like it. My daughter cleaned her plate and my mother enjoyed hers as well. No room for dessert, so I can’t rate.
99 is very reasonably priced. Our chicken Parma were $ 9.99 each and the generous soup cups were $ 3.99. Kids eat free in October, so we got a super bargain. I would defiantly come back, especially if they get rid of the hostess.

Our 3^rd annual vacation on the cape and we ALWAYS come here and have the steak tips.
We had boneless chicken strips and a salad as well. All food is decent but steak tips are off the chart!!! Order the XL size and have food for second meal as well!
Waitress was lovely as were others who brought popcorn. Great service.
I want to say 4.5 stars. The rest of the food is a bit generic for me to give a full 5 stars.

If you decide to pay the 99 in West Yarmouth a visit, be sure you don’t get stuck with Kimberly as a waitress. This little snot was pissy at my mom and I because I took an important after hours call from my mom’s doctor’s office, and got another quick unexpected call before ordering. It went downhill from there when she purposely brought our meals before we had a chance to touch our salads, and hey, even with an apology from me, I couldn’t crack a smile on the freaking sourpuss. Well, Kimberly, I hope you enjoyed your tip: treat the customer better, because I always leave 25%, but you got what you deserved, nada.

I go here every Saturday night with friends. The food is great! Excellent prices! The bartenders (Esteban and Jamie) are the best on Cape. If you want a great waitress ask for Shahala!

This 99 is really good. The New England sampler was excellent and my wife had a sirloin steak which was also excellent. Our waiter Bob was very friendly and made our visit pleasant with his outgoing personality. Overall it was a very good experience for a chain restaurant and we’ll be back the next time we’re on the cape.

I have to say that this place is a pleasant surprise. I have never eaten at a 99 before. The food was very good. The prices were outstanding, the service from Jim, my waiter, was perfect and the restaurant is very clean. I am thinking this chain goes on my recommend list!

I walked through the door, A young, unhappy looking african girl welcomed us, she greated as a duty after we smiled at her. We walked into the saloon and she wanted us to sit a corner deep in the restaurant by the restroom entrance and when I said I want to sit by the window, she replied that there’s no waiter looking after those tables?! We’re the 2^nd guest in the restaurant and it was about 4pm?! The she assisted us to the table where we wanted and she left,
The ambiance, decoration and seating was so beautiful and comfortable. I really liked it! Then our waitress came, Sylvia, she was a sweatheart, she really made us feel at home, warm greetings, her attitude, hospitality and care. She recommended and explain almost everthing at the menu for me to chose. She brought everything on time and in order perfectly how we requested. I ate New Orleans Shrimp, the only complain about the food was the rice bed was very cold! Not even warm. I just didn’t want to comain since it was my birthday and she was so sweat and waste my time with complaints and corrections.
I really enjoy the drinks, food and desert and also the Birthday Cake surprise whille everybody singing by my table! It was amazing and I really appreciate that.
Overall, everything I experienced inside was great except just a couple details. I definitely come back again.
