Timeless Salon & Studio

Booked an appointment for 3 massages and 3 facials for myself and two of my friends 2 months in advance. I called the day before to confirm the appt. And the owner had no record of our appt. until I reminded her of all of our emails which she then found. Then she told me that they didn’t even have a massage therapist but had one starting the following week. She rescheduled us for the next weekend. The morning of that appt. I got a call from her that the massage therapist was in an accident and she had to cancel our appt. but that she was going to offer us some type of a gift certificate. I called later that day and asked the owner to call me back on Monday to reschedule again. I never heard back from her. I sent her another email about three weeks later and she said she didn’t have any weekend openings but we could go on a week night which does not work for me or my friends. I am not interested in ever rescheduling here due to the bad track record. Very disappointed!

Renee is really good at making you feel comfortable and giving a great hair cut as well. I was there today… with photos of what i was looking for… we spent a few minutes discussing what it was I needed and BAM… inside 30 minutes she was done… running the whole place herself. Love it. I can’t seem to find the same kind if place in Philly… strange.
I highly recommend this place… and would love to do the massage sometime when bucks are freer!
