Terrible. Ended up charging more than double the original quote and did not call to authorize the charges before proceeding. They need to have clients sign consents to the charges up front like other businesses do. Seems pretty elementary to me. Also failed to provide an actual official inspection report. Really left us royally screwed.

Great Service!
I was in a bind. Selling our house, inspection found an issue with the water heater vent. Ashes up up & away, came out on short notice, gave me a reasonable price, and replaced the vent on the spot. Nice people, who do quality work. Even covered out rugs, so as not to track dirt on them. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
