Ricotti’s used to be a awesome sandwich shop, but lately when we get delivery it takes one to two hours to get our food, most times its cold, they mess up our orders or we will call and they«don’t know where the driver is». But if you order at the shop or they actually get it right the food is usually very good especially the steak and cheese or my hubby’s fav the Al Capone.

I have gone to this sub shop a handful of times since its reopened in its new location and tonight I received the 3rd incorrect order. Even after reciting the order back to me, both subs ordered were wrong. Their communication between wait staff and kitchen is horrible and when you have cooks making meals they don’t know how to make, well speaks for itself. I will never go back and it’s a shame as its right down the street and could have potential. Unfortunately they don’t hire people with talent/brains…and it should be a very easy job! Management should get a handle on their shop and pay more attention/interest. :(

Very disappointed. I got a large pastrami for 11 bucks. Sandwich was on bland white bread and more bread then meat. I live 2 minutes from the store– came home sandwich was cold-my girlfriend and I had to put it in the toaster oven to kick the sandwich into some gear. There was just no love in the sandwich– half assed for the price. Have some pride in your work! And when you walk into the place it still looks like a honey dew donuts… cmon your not fooling anyone– you bought a franchise and your cutting corners.

After stumbling upon this Ricotti’s, it has become our go-to sandwich shop. The place is clean and well kept, so eating in instead of taking it to go is always an option. The employees are always really friendly and bring you over your order and check in with you throughout your meal. They even have beer on tap & wine! I usually order the Italian or tuna salad. The meats for the Italian are sliced to order and always fresh. The bread is always delicious, like it just came out of the oven. The tuna salad is just as good, better than the over-mayo junk you get at other places. Overall, a great little sandwich shop that is worth the extra buck or two compared to your chain shops.

I’m almost embarrassed to admit I had never eaten at a Ricotti’s until today. I am now on board. Toasted and made with care but they forgot my provolone! Despite that gaffe, I’ll be back soon.

I have been going to Ricotti’s Subs since the Cowesett Ave. days. I won’t say that every time I went was an amazing experience, but I will say that 95% of the time it is. My go to sandwich is the chicken cutlet and I love it! I get it with mayo, lettuce and provolone cheese and an order of curly fries! Just had it tonight in fact.
