I had a dead battery and you were particularly busy night and was able to get to what I thought was very prompt service. I would like give him a shout out for being so nice!

Had my car towed and when my car left I had a decorative plate on the front. When I got the car back the plate was gone. When I called to ask about it the man was rude and told me he would look but it was «highly unlikely» that they would find it. He never called back and spoke to me like I was beneath him. NEVER again will I use Astro wrecking.

David L. of Astro trucking — male Caucasian, mid-30’s with earring and 5 feet five inches tall — harassed and proceeded to yell at customer, refusing to unload car, when customer asked for tow receipt; David L proceeded to speed off swearing out truck window and beeping his horn throughout the neighborhood when customer was calling police to stop the harassment. Astro apparently has other complaints of similar nature.
Update: Be aware for safety sake as David L. was dangling around several children in front of Borelli’s pastry shop first week June 2015 on Tiogue Avenue in Coventry, RI 2 816. He now has a shaved head and driving around in a white Astro Wrecker tow truck.

So, I needed a tow and after calling AAA they sent Astro to do the job. The wait wasn’t very long, maybe a half hour which isn’t bad. The guy working was really nice and professional. He knew what he was doing so I wasn’t worried anything was going to happen to my car. Overall I was very happy with service and hope if I ever need a tow in the future they will be the ones doing it.
