Went there Sunday bought an e cigarette kit for 69.00.I had to bring it back it didn’t work. They said the batteries were defective. They replaced them. I tried smoking it today. It didn’t work again so I went back again. The person behind counter was rude. Told me I broke it. when I disagreed he told me to leave. I had to buy another battery for 20.00. I will never go there again. Very rude customer service.

BUYER BEWARE. Horrible shop run by amateurs. I bought a vape pen to bring it home and find out it would not charge so I never even got to use it once. Brought it back less than 24 hours after purchase with receipt and the same guy who sold it to me called me a liar and told me the pen was heavily used, well I never used it once, I owned it for less than a day and it took 6 hours to try charging. To prove it wasn’t used, the manufacturer replaced it through the mail with no issues what so ever. I refuse to buy from a business that doesn’t stand behind their product and will treat a customer with such disrespect under any circumstances.

I used to go here for all of my glass pieces but one of the guys who works there yelled at my friend for being «impatient» when he waited 20 mins before asking for help, then told him to get the f out of the store. My friend was NOT acting impatient but even if he was, I can’t tell my customers to WAIT THEIR F’ing TURN at dunkin donuts when they’re impatient for their coffee. awful customer service.
