Taco Bell

Wow this location is full of imbeciles. Waited at the drive thru speaker for ten minutes, got tired of waiting for someone, drove up to the first window, a female worker opened the window and asked why I was there. I told her that I waited for ten minutes and nobody took my order. So she let me order there. After that I pulled up to the second window and it took them 10 minutes to get the food. So much for fast food! Took the food home and, get this, they forgot a smothered burrito! What level of incompetence does it take to work at taco bell? Will never go to this location again.
Called them after I got home and found they messed my order up, their solution was to have me go back there and pick it up. My guess is that they would of still got it wrong.

Worst location I’ve ever been to by far. Literally wait for 22 minutes for cold food. So lazily made, ratios even worse. Just saw the person making my food in the back eat something. The «new» quesadilla looked & tasted like every one I’ve order from here before.

I love Taco Bell. But this place is terrible. It has the worst most non caring employees I’ve ever seen. The food was absolutely gross. My simple taco salad and burrito were probably the simplest thing they could’ve made. But, to show they’re actually incompetent as they are, they totally blew it. Called the manager and explained that this was the most horrible Taco Bell experience of my entire life. Didn’t seem like he even cared. There is a Mexican place right next to this Taco Bell. Go there, the wait is worth it. They are a family run business, and they’re hard workers. Don’t give any money to this place. You’ll just get ripped off. To this Taco Bell I say… Congrats! You’re the overall worst place I can think of.

Service was okay. Food was poor. They seem to never give me what I ask for. Very irritating.

If you’re just looking for tacos this location is fine, but if you’re there for anything «grilled» (loaded grillers, grilled stuffed burritos etc.) Go somewhere else, they consistently taste like the oil they are using hasn’t been changed in 6 months or more.
If you are going just for tacos, you may want to check them, when in the drive thru, as they have forgotten to put meat in a couple of my tacos twice within the last 6 months.

It has been awhile since I have been to this Taco Bell, previous experiences resulted in poor service, food, cleanliness and décor. Since my last visit this location has been remodeled, the store’s interior is much improved with updated décor, more room to move around the dinning room and a cleaner atmosphere.
It appears that Taco Bell is remodeling their food as well, no longer are they seeking to be the low price leader. They now have menu options that can exceed $ 5.00. So, depending on what you order you could pay more for a meal here than at a sit down restaurant you have to decide if it is worth it. They still have low priced options they are just not highlighted like they were before.
I got the current limited time specialty item the quesarito, it combined with two tacos and a drink in a box deal rang it at $ 5.99. The quesarito was pretty tasty, a burrito with rice, ground beef, sourcream and chipolte sauce rolled up in a quesadilla. If you order this hopefully you like chipolte since it is a dominate smoky/​spicy flavor if I order it again I may leave it off. The tacos were OK, one was regular the other in a fiery dorito shell.
Service at this location during this visit was exceptional, the gal at the counter, Andi, was very proficient and friendly. Food was delivered hot and fast.

I go to this Taco Bell all the time since it’s the closest to my house. The employees are friendly, and almost never get my order wrong. I’ve never had any problems with the food quality, and the place looks great since the recent remodel. However, they are terribly understaffed, so you should leave yourself plenty of extra time. I can’t remember the last time I waited less than 20 minutes, at any time of day or night. It gets really frustrating, but not enough to stop coming here entirely.
