Went in because my phone cannot take calls from land lines all of a sudden… The guy at the store treated me like I was crazy, until he finally grabbed a LAND LINE AT&T phone and it would not call to my phone. I was in there a good 30 minutes with him calling my phone, having me shut it on and off, he seemed very inexperienced so I called customer service. My phone still won’t take land line calls, and it’s been 3 days since they opened a case. Not very pleased with my service, and the issue is persistent and affecting my business.
