A huge shout out to James at Computer Fixx. Often the consumer is overwhelmed with «jargon» and technical information when simply looking to have a repair taken care of timely. We certainly got timely but in addition good old fashioned quality work. James took time to explain the process and the work. He called with a follow up and made certain we were happy. Not only is James my new go to guy for repair but I will put my stamp of approval on Computers Fixx and will recommend to family and friends. If you are looking to have that machine of yours up an running make this an easy choice.

I had viruses on my computer. These guys took care of it in 1 day. Did a great job. My computer runs faster and is all set up with state of the art protection now. I even had a question a day after I picked it up and they had put a piece of software on my computer so the could get right in and look at what I was seeing. Helped me figure it out and I was back on track in less than 15 minutes.
