Dunkin’ Donuts

Lightning fast service and very friendly staff. I’ll be coming here ever time I’m at Savers next door!

The guys who took my order where trying to be funny and we’re making fun of their job took them forever to get me a coffee and I was the only one there there was not a person even in the drive through. Btw coffee was cold

It’s not often that you receive consistently great service at a Dunkin Donuts, but this one has always exceeded my expectations. Every staff member is always pleasant and the line always moves quickly. This is easily the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, and I’m very thankful that it’s so close to home!

Great people & extremely fast & accurate service, I went based on the 1 review from Marina & she was 100% correct, I wish there was a tip jar.

I never review DD because there are so many of them and the experience is relatively the same. HOWEVER in springield this is the clear choice and these are the reasons for the 5:
Very friendly staff who actually like their jobs and perk me up before class
Never longer than a 2 minute wait in the drive thru, even though there are always cars lined up
Never mess up my order
The Starbucks a couple blocks down (yes i cheat occasionally on DD) has the most ridiculous wait time in the drive thru– im talkin 20 – 30 minutes. Who has that kind of time when they’re on the go?!
The other DD’s in the area are run by degenerates who have no idea how to make coffee and never have caramel, whipped cream, splenda, or anything you would think to ask for.
This place is a clear choice, right off of Memorial bridge!
