Delicious! My parents were in visiting and we were excited for them to try our favorite pizza place! The pepperoni and peppers is delish! They forgot our breadsticks and made them in minutes and didn’t charge us. They also have a cute outside eating area!

This place is kind of a dump but I really like their line of specialty breads. The kitchen sink Sicilian bread is good. The subs tend to be overdressed I think mayo and oil is standard on their sandwiches unless you request otherwise.

I absolutely LOVE Picasso’s pizza! The best thing about it is the pepperoni which crisps up so perfectly and adds just the right crunch. The only disclaimer I have is that the crust on the bottom is a little doughy but that’s how I like it! They sell pizza a little differently than other places, it’s in squares instead of triangles. However, it depends on how much you want. A large pizza is 18 slices and it’s big. I like to think of it as a mini sheet pizza. Check the website for coupons and mention it when you order. I usually order a large pizza and get free breadsticks with it! The breadsticks are also very good, flavorful, and generous. Next time you’re around Picasso’s don’t hesitate to walk in. The pizza really is delicious!

My boyfriend raves about this place so I figured we should try it out for date night. We both ordered calzones. They were HUGE. I had the meatball which was very tasty and he ordered the buffalo chicken which he was happy with. I can’t wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow(Realistically tonight around midnight)!

Since moving to California many years ago, I have longed for real pizza. This satisfied my longing! Delicious pizza, subs and fried dough. Wish you were in my neighborhood!

Well it’s pizza. So, how could I give a poor review really. Even when it’s bad, it’s still good. It’s like sex. So, I came here on a work run. My boss was hungry and crabby because the air in the building is broken. So naturally he buys food for the building. I went to get a party pizza, 20 chicken fingers(half plain, half medium, french fries, a huge ass salad, 4 different dressings, and they also supplied utensils. They got everything in the order right, which was much appreciated. When I got there, there was no wait and the workers were very friendly. Everything was also ready on time. They said a half hour from 12 noon and I got there at 12:30 on the dot. Everything was ready. The guy working cashed me out no problem even though it wasn’t my credit card. The girl working helped me carry everything out to my Jeep! Everyone was nice. I didn’t really look around too much, but it seemed clean! The food is SOGOOD. The pepperoni has a nice burnt/well done flavour and there is not too much sauce on it. The chicken fingers were not fatty and they were steak fries. Love it here! X’s and O’s! J

Update 1/6/15…the last time I was at this Picassos, they were changing out the pizza ovens. Well evidently this means that they are now using a conveyor belt oven like Papa Johns :-(. Unfortunately the pizza is no longer the best in the area. Stay away if you can. From 5 down to 3 stars. Some of the best wings and pizza you will get in Buffalo. Try the Italian baked wings. BBQ wings are nice and charred.

Idk who this downstater hater is but I couldn’t disagree more. Anybody can slap a bunch of cheese and some tomato sauce onto some dough and call it a pizza. What sets a pizzeria apart from the rest? THEDOUGH. Picasso’s does their dough right. Little chewy, little crispy, lotta bit delicious. They finish every pizza off with a little Parmesan as well. Terrific. If you’re feeling extra adventurous and aren’t afraid to admit to your love affair with bacon, I beg you to be a little bad and get a medium bacon pizza. For some it will be too much of a good thing but for others, decadent.

I’m going to oppose everyone’s review here I guess but I don’t really feel bad about it. I’ve had food from here a handful if times as it is around the corner from my boyfriend’s house. Legitimately every time we have gotten food here I haven’t liked it. I’m not really sure why everyone is so 5 star happy about this place? The salads, subs, pizza, wings, and occasional random other purchase are all pretty disgusting. Not only are things extra greasy but it is almost like they are intentionally NOT Italian. I am not gonna sit here comparing down state pizza to WNY pizza as I am a Long Islander because that is not the point. It’s just very sub par food. I would happily drive a bit further to get something better. I wouldn’t waste my time here but it seems like locals keep returning. Ahhh call me a food snob it’s ok I can take it… Hmph.

I am picky about Pizza and Wings. Yeah, I’ll muscle down a slice at a work function, but if I don’t really care for it, you won’t see me re-ordering at the same place. I also worked in a pizzeria and have an affinity for places from my hometown so I rather do without than have crappy/so-so pizza. I have no idea after my years of living close by to this place why I had never ordered. Maybe because they are a small chain? I saw the coupons all the time and sometimes I am wary from over advertising. Anyway, over Labor Day and then again recently I ordered some different things and was really happy! 1) The wings. After cooking wings for 2 summers, I hate bad wings. Theirs, the two times I had them, were very good. They use the nice big plump wings with lots of meat, the price is reasonable, and they are cooked perfectly. I like that you can order in increments of 5. I ordered medium, but they were more like a so-so mild. I don’t like spicy stuff and even I thought they could use more heat. Might have been a fresh batch of wing sauce that needed to ‘marinate’ a little more. The first order I got also was short a wing, though. Good large cups of Ken’s blue cheese come with it. 2) Pizza I was pleasantly surprised with. Good large size for a medium. Nice thickness of the crust that was cooked with nice crispy bottom. I had it with mushrooms which were fresh and a lot of them on there. Sauce was mild which I like and also perfect amount on the pizza. Also really liked that they had some Italian spices/cheese baked on top. The mozzarella was excellent! I wrapped some up to have for leftovers and even after heating up in oven, it had that ooey gooey pull. I also had half size mozz garlic bread in my first order and it was huge! Enough for a few people as an app. I got a chicken finger sub another visit and it was pretty ok, just different from what I expected. It was more of a seasoned chicken finger(very good quality) with a little sauce, rather than a plain chicken finger dunked in sauce. I got it without cheese. Could have used a little more lettuce on it. The fried Italian dough was very good though. 3) Service was fast and friendly. I hate when people mumble or aren’t clear on phone orders(that is when mistakes are made), but both times I have called and in person, the employees were good on the phone and didn’t sound rushed or bothered. Only 20 – 25 mins for order pickup, plus they take credit cards.

It’s hard to believe that I’ve lived nearby for years and never tried the product from this place. That all changed yesterday as a result of a major screw up Pasquale’s on Seneca Street. Hubby and I have been living the week from hell. As much as I love to cook I just could not bring myself to lift a pot yesterday. Pasquale’s is not that far and they serve pasta dinners. Called and ordered a spaghetti dinner for me and a small anchovy pizza for the hub. 35 minutes later we are standing at the counter only to be told that there is no order for us. The young man behind the counter was rather snide when he suggested that maybe we got confused and placed the order with Picasso’s. Neither my husband not I suffer from dementia and we did not have a Picasso menu. We took this as a sign as headed off to virgin waters — Picasso’s. Same order placed and I have to say I was delighted with the spaghetti dinner! It came with a lovely salad and two hearty meatballs. I’m guessing the meatballs are most likely made by Rosina. No matter, I’m not a huge meatball fan. The sauce was exceptional. I’m guessing they don’t make their own however whatever doctoring they do produces a very tasty, chunky sauce. Garlic bread was wonderful, everything about my dinner was great except that you must be quick in my house. I fell asleep and my daughter polished off what was to be my breakfast. I don’t eat anchovies so I didn’t try the pizza however hubby has been raving about it. A wonderful dining experience that I hope to duplicate sometime soon.

As far as WNY Pizzaria’s go, Picasso’s is up there. I’ve eaten at just about every Pizzaria in Buffalo and surrounding suburbs and this place does a pretty good job. The pizza is delicious(and like some other reviews already said, the large is HUGE). The crust is perfect, the sauce is great(not too sweet, not too tart and they know how much to put on the pie so its not sloppy). The subs are great and they have an impressive/creative appitizer and finger foods menu too. The staff is fast and always friendly, I recommend them if you haven’t yet.

Bad girl, Cindi! It is all works fault for having«Pizza Fridays.» Can someone please tell me how it would be possible to say no to pizza? Today we decided to stray from our normal place and try Picasso’s. I first learned of Picasso’s when my coworker would come back from lunch with this gigantic piece of pizza! Their slices are Fuccillo HUGE. Lunch today was a sheet pepperoni pizza, medium wings, bbq wings and antipasto. I really liked the pizza because they use spices. I could see and taste the basil and minced garlic. The pepperoni and wings were crispy — as they should be! I also really liked the sauce they use for the medium wings — this would be whatever is their hot sauce combination — but it was very good. It was flavorful and peppery without sending your mouth straight for the gallon of milk. I’m a Sweet Baby Ray’s kind of gal when it comes to bbq but the bbq wings were still good. Once my jeans can button again I’ll make room for some of the antipasto which looks delicious. I haven’t had antipasto in a while but I don’t recall seeing many places put artichokes in it — like!

Was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in for lunch and found a large selection of options and a nice place to sit down. Full service and great meatball sub.

The pizzas are huge, the breadsticks are soft and the marinara sauce is to die for. Having my dad being from Chicago, that’s the type of pizza I prefer, but the pizza from this place was actually surprisingly good. A definite must try if you ever visit the city.

Ready for an understatement? This pizza is really good. Quickly, let’s get some things straight. This is Western New York style pizza, so it’s a pan pizza. And when they say«Large» pizza. They mean LARGE pizza. Meaning, they have to pull another table over next to your table to put the pizza on. Because it takes up its own table. None of those silly pizza pedestal things. The pepperoni here is the best. They slice it on the diagonal, so it makes these fun little oblong pepperoni shapes. Then they crisp up on the short edges. Yes, I’m the jerk picking off the crispy pepperonis from other people’s slices. The environs here are… basic. And somehow smell like fried potatoes? Whatever… excellent pizza is the reward. Or just get takeout. I always come here for my Western NY junk food sprees. On my last trip, I even rearranged my schedule to stay here longer so I could get my Picasso’s fix. Dang, Picasso’s. Why you gotta be so good?
