I don’t usually give Kinko’s 5-​stars, but I was running late getting everything together for an event and this print shop was awesome! I emailed them a PDF file and asked for them to print and laminate it and they had it practically done by the time I got there. Every other Kinko’s shop I called wouldn’t want me to email it ahead of time, but the staff here went above and beyond. All it takes to create a superb experience is staff that care and go above and beyond and yesterday; the staff at this location did just that, so thank you!

Was able to divert a package here that required me to sign for it as it had alcohol in it. Parking lot firstly was very slushy and needed to be cleaned. They have a lot of computers for internet access, copiers, high yield/​quality specialty services and other paper services including some stationary/​office type gifts.
Awkward front counter where they had signs over three sections designating what they were for, but there was a straggly line of people in the middle that weren’t sure they were in the right spot. Was hard to tell if you just were supposed to come to that line or each individual one. Every customer had to move to a different spot once called up to the front to take care of different items. Only 2 people working at 5 pm. Some elderly gentlemen to the side looked like they needed help, but workers busy with the 5+ people in line. I just had to show my ID and sign for my package once I was taken care of and it was just in the back section for them to grab.
