West Sac Veggie Trike

The Veggie Trike is found at various locations around West Sac and can be found by luck or by following them on Facebook. After reading an article about the business in the News-​Ledger, I knew I had to try some of their stuff. I love that it is green and helps gets the local farmer’s products out to the community at large.
I found the trike today on the corner of Jefferson and South River Rd (now Locks Dr.). I got the mushrooms as a gift for a fungi lover, the salts as a gift for a garlic lover, and the salad greens, which were sweet and crisp and perfect. So many of the products would make great gifts though, especially for vegans or lovers of local products. The guy was suuuuper nice, too!
