Owner doesn’t care about Westside village apartments. Cheapest materials and labor everywhere. When it rains the entire complex is a giant puddle. You can’t make it to your car without getting wet socks.
Insulation is GONE. I have to run my heat 80% of the time… same with AC in the summer. Power bills are in the mid $ 200 for a 1bed.

The first month I’m living there the next door neighbors are constantly partying and one night a drunk partier wips out a shotgun and begins blasting it right in the middle of the apartments, right nextto my window. Cops came out and got the
is a nightmare, tenants are loudand constantly blasting music into the night. There’s at least 20 kids running around causing havoc at anytime. worst mistake of my life ever moving in there. I should have known it was bad becuase 75%of the units are vacant. I am high tailing it outta there. this is a last resort apartment complex.
