stay away from this place. A bunch of low life trouble makers hang out at this joint. This is the slums of all West Sac. Here you can find a bunch of drunk mexicans on the weekend and crappy local bands with a shitty melody. This place has gone through killings outside the parking lot, shooting and stabbing and as well as drugs you can smell a mile away as soon as you pull up. This place is a shit hole in the way cantina. perfect to get wasted or pick up a cheap date. Tijuana locally right here in the heart capital of California.

This review is for the taco truck that’s perpetually parked in front of Ortega’s West. The tacos here can’t be beat, and at only $ 1.25 a pop they are a spectacular deal.
There’s something that’s inherently wrong with eating ceviche from a roach coach, but to the taste buds it’s ooohhhh so right… The tanginess of the lime blends perfectly with the slight bit of heat from the peppers and accentuates the taste of the fish and shrimp. They serve the ceviche on a tostada topped with avocados and cocktail sauce. It’s just about the most happiness you can buy for only $ 2.50
