I got a quote and set up an appointment. I took off time from work to be there when they were supposed to arrive. Literally at the pick up time they emailed me to say they couldn’t honor their original offer and offered me less than half of the original quote. The tow truck wasn’t even on its way obviously. Must be some type of scam to pressure you into reduced quote because you are expecting pick up.
STAY AWAY, NO INTEGRITY AND SEEMS LIKE A SCAM!!!

Well maybe it would be a good review if they were OPEN like the website said they were! Bad customer service saying they are OPEN when they are NOT! Thanks for wasting my time!

Very easy process. You call the number listed on their website and you’ll get a quote over the phone. If you’re happy with the offer, you give them the address and they have a «buyer» come out and inspect the vehicle. If everything checks out, they hand you the cash and you sign the title on the spot. You give the buyer the keys and the tow truck comes about an hour later to pick the vehicle up. Very simple and easy. The great part was that after you meet with the buyer, you don’t have to stay and wait for the tow truck.

I had an amaIng experience with this company they took the time out to follow up and call me 15 mkms before they arrived they had cash on the spot and it was simple and easy toctransfer information. I also lost my keys due tocme moving at this time but they charged a small fee but bewides thay smooth sailing
