Our items have finally arrived and delivered to our door. They came at there approximate time block and gave me a call an hour in advanced saying they were on their way.
Chuck and Dutch were the guys mixing in our items. Chuck was very nice and had great customer service.
Most of our items was dropped off in our garage, the bed, dresser drawer, and tv was brought upstairs. They both maneuvered their way upstairs with the items and set-​up the bed.
I gave them a monetary tip and off they went.
4 stars only because they didn’t have any tools with them when setting up the bed and tv. Sure I had (to find) the tools (Allen wrench and screwdriver), but they should have been prepared knowing they were to put back some items together.

This company was a contractor that United Moving has employed to move our stuff. At least ten of our furniture items arrived broken, the bicycle was broken as well as several kitchen household items, and some boxes were missing. Please, if your items are of any importance to you DO NOT use these people. We did get a claim for broken and missing items, but it wasn’t near enough for the amount of stuff that we lost because of these people. Additionally, the items arrived almost a week later than promised, and there was extremely poor communication throughout. Overall, it’s just very hurtful to know that someone was throwing our items around after paying over $ 3,200 in moving costs and giving the loaders generous tip. GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!

These people did a great job moving me from Sacramento CA to Palm Springs, CA. They were the lowest bid (of six bids), polite, efficient, and on time as promised.

We moved with Crown Moving, and have had very dissapointing service. The salesperson and company misled us by failing to properly set out the terms, and then surprised us with a minimum charge after our items were shipped out. Their customer service was disgraceful with their «Customer service» manager (i use the term very lightly) yelling at us when we brought up this issue. Highly dissatified.
