I’ve been seeing Dr Cremone for just about a year now. She is by far the best PCP I have ever had — and I have seen many doctors as I have had my share of health issues. She listens! She cares! She always contacts me regarding tests. She checks in on me when she gets word that I have visited the ER.
My mother-​in-​law and sister-​in-​law also see her. They have been seeing her for many years. They both have complicated health issues as well.

I became a patient of West Roxbury Medical Group two years ago and although I have Dr Cremone as my primary care, I always see Alyson Bracken. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and makes me feel comfortable during each visit. Alyson is honestly the best.

Dr Cremone is the best primary care on the planet. She is smart, empathetic, a good listener, and all round good person. I have followed her for years and have always been pleased with my care as well as the specialists to whom she has referred me.

Have been a patient of one of their doctors for over 20 years. Dr. Cremone is very professional, caring and thorough. Her skill in her specialty of PC is outstanding.
She listens to any concerns and questions. I have referred her to all of my friends and at least 3 have switched to her.
Unfortunately like many medical practices, the office staff is often inconsistent with it’s ability to deal with patients making appts., answering question, etc. but fortunately patients can use the Patient Gateway site to email for appts, scripts, messages to doctor, read reports etc.
So I would have rated the practice 5 stars except for the inconsistency of the front staff.
