Walsh’s Plumbing & Heating Corp

Simply put: Horrible service.
I called to have these guys look at my steam heaters in my old Brookline apartment. After being over 2 hours late, the guy shows up and waits 10 minutes to get out of his van. He eventually looks at the BUILDING’s boiler and tries to sell me/​my building on a maintenance contract with them. (NOTE: The issue was not my build’s boiler, but my individual heaters in my apartment).
So, he comes up to look at my unit. Looks at the two heaters that we were having issues with and proceeds to go out to his van to get new valves (he felt this would solve the problem). TWENTY FIVE MINUTES LATER (25)…he calls from the van to tell me they don’t have the parts and that he will need to go to the warehouse to get them. Mind you, these guys get $ 125/​hour, so over an hour in, NOTHING was done.
So, in the end, Walsh’s Heating & Plumbing stole $ 187 dollars from me (that’s right, I got charged 30 minutes «drive time» from this guy’s last appointment)…and mine you NOTHING was fixed!
Stay away.
