I’ve been going to Eastland for years. I found them when my car needed to be jumped and they came out and did it for free. They work with me to identify the problem and fix it at a reasonable price. Since my car is older they let me know when I can skip a repair or when it must be done and they never try to upsell me. They’ve even referred me to other shops when my repairs are beyond their capabilities. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Two stars for reliable automobile work, two stars for friendly service, one star for visible progressive leanings, and negative three stars for tripling the original estimate on my bill after the mechanic broke something off my car and billed me for parts and service without my permission. Yikes. He seemed to feel bad about it, but still.

Bottom line: I trust Eastland to accurately identify the problem and to fix it at a price that is reasonable … sometimes crazily reasonable! They don’t try to tack on additional services, and are very easy to make an appointment with. Besides, what other mechanic has a pride flag in their window?!
