This locally owned business is awesome! Friendly, quick and courteous service. Remember, you’re in West Richland, the smallest city of «Tri-​Cities» part of Richland – you’re in an area that is like the 1970’s (that could be an exaggeration, but you get the point), so don’t expect a top of the line clean business with top notch technology – but they’re clean enough and has just enough space for you to sit. Besides you’re not there for the look of the business, you’re there to make sure your car is properly maintained!
If you have kids, walk over to the next door where there is a small strip mall, with teriyaki, cafes, etc. Something to do for 15 or so minutes to get your car done.
Walmart and Jiffy Lube prices are higher and have longer lines and doesn’t give you the friendly service you deserve, so Quick Auto Lube or Lee Blvd. gets all my attention when it comes to oil change/​fiters/​fuel injection. So when I run through this small town from Seattle and need an oil change at the time, this is the place or Lee Blvd. Quick Auto Lube and Car Wash.

Quick, curteous service. They charged me $ 55 for a $ 30 oil change. They blamed it on my «special filter» that they charged me $ 12.99 for. But, even if that was a reasonable price for my filter (it is not), the oil change was grossly overpriced.
The office and garage were filthy and in disrepair making it a tough place to sit and wait with my two young children.
I knew better. Not asking the price before they started was a stupid mistake, so really was my fault. I noticed the board on the wall had prices listed for many services, but the numbers for the basic oil change had been removed.
