Breakfast this morning was delicious! I had the strawberry nutella crêpe and my boyfriend had one with fresh fruit. The waitress was very nice! We had to wait maybe ten minutes for a table, not too bad. The place is super tiny, but well worth it! The only bad thing is that there were some inconsiderate customers who chose to leave the door open for several minutes. You can definitely feel the cold when the door opens! Other than that, it was wonderful! Also, while very nice, due to the small space, this place might not be ideal for small children or larger parties. They do have high chairs available.

Had a great visit. Got there around 1030am on Saturday and the place was full. Waited less than 10 min and had a table for 3. This was fun, as it was my sisters first time eating crepes. And this place has plenty of options. We all tried a hot drink, and a different crepes. We had hot chocolate and caramel latte. For crepes we had a Monte Cristo, smoked turkey, and egg with bacon and cheese. This shop is very tight as it is in a row house but very charming compared to so many commercialized coffee houses. Staff were attentive. Not a place to come with a crew, but a few tables can accommodate 3 people.

This place is very small, but very cute! I’ve tried a few of their crepes already, and they have all been delicious. It’s not just their crepes that I love, but their smoothies are fantastic too! If weather is good, I suggest sitting outside. The inside is a little bit cramped.

Ok still 5 stars, would give 10 if I could. I was just vacationing in south Florida and went to a creperie and read reviews of the place and I saw it had a 5 star rating, so excited to try another new place we went and got the basic banana strawberry Nutella crêpe and I was so disappointed. No where compares to taste of crepes. Not even anywhere in Miami! I can’t wait to get back home and get a crêpe!

This is my 4th or 5th visit and it is really really worth visiting. I love the owner, the family /friend atmosphere. Try the bbq crêpe, it’s delicious for lunch or dinner.

Just moved to Wyomissing a week ago and this was our first breakfast stop. Despite it being a busy Sunday morning, we were able to get a seat right away. I ordered a fresh fruit crêpe which included blueberries, strawberries and bananas. I am usually afraid of sweet breakfast dishes being too dessert like, so I usually go for savory, but I gave it a shot. And boy am I glad I did. Perfect weekend breakfast treat. It was just naturally sweet enough from the fruit without any added overly sugary syrups or creams. I could seriously eat that everyday for breakfast. My boyfriend had a savory crêpe, one with artichoke and it was also delicious. I think I’ll have a hard time choosing which one to try next since they all sounded good. Waitress was friendly and attentive and very prompt with our coffee, food and check, when we were ready. Can’t wait for our next weekend trip!

The fact that everything is made to order with fresh ingredients, isn’t expensive and is absolutely delicious… is beyond awesome! I thought the Strawberry, Banana, Cream Cheese Crepes with powdered sugar and Caramel would be over whelming and too rich. It wasn’t. It was very light, flavorful and fresh tasting. Yeah it took a little while to get our food. But again… it’s made to order. It’s not sitting there being heated by a headlamp or thrown together from frozen ingredients. Fresh takes time. And it’s well worth the wait. I’ll definitely be going back!

Went for a late breakfast in Sunday. Cute place. They were somewhat busy but not terribly. We were a party of 6 and we were able to get two tables right away. The order took way too long to get to us. Their reason was that they had To-Go orders that they needed to fill. When the food finally came we were all disappointed. We had the Breakfast Pepper Red, couple of Nutella ones, Ham and Egg and some kind of Maple one. None were great tasting. They we’re bad but just plain vanilla. The 2 Nutella ones we got for my kids had chocolate and whipped cream and they still didn’t eat them. That should tell you something. The waitress was nice.

The food is great, the service is slow. They make each crêpe individually, so it just takes time. But you should know: don’t go if you are in a hurry. Once you finally get your food, you will enjoy it. Fresh ingredients. Yummy flavor combinations. I especially like that they have sweet and savory crepes. Lunch and dessert! You can also sit outside and watch West Reading, which is nice.

Super Yummy Crepes! The variety is great. Savory to sweet to dessert. The crepes are huge and the price is reasonable. We’ve had the mushroom, artichoke and s’mores crepes. They were all delicious!

Came in yesterday for the first time. I had the buffalo chicken crêpe. Was very good. Service was fast. We came in right at 12, just in time. Soon after, every table was filled. Will be back to try a sweet crêpe next time :)

Seems like half of West Reading is shut down on Sundays, and that’s certainly understandable. Most small business owners hate money. Luckily, this place was open, and did not disappoint. Very nice variety from savory to sweet, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Clean windows allowed for an accurate view of nearby shrubbery and walkways.

I came today with my sister. We came for lunch. It was so fresh and delicious. We had the feta spinach raspberry walnut crêpe and the Cali turkey crêpe. Cream of mushroom soup which had a little spice to it. We then saw some great smoothies and had those. I would highly recommend this place to eat. They had crepes for all three meal times. It’s very small place. But good things come in small packages.

If you are looking for a great crêpe in a very low key setting, Taste of Crepes is it! Located on Penn Avenue, right in the heart of the shops, this creperie creates sweet and savory alike. There are many crêpe options to choose from, though I always choose the Nutella option with banana or strawberries. All of the menu items are very enticing and sound absolutely delicious, you cannot go wrong with whatever you choose here. However, if you are looking for any other food item other than crepes, you are out of luck. At Taste of Crepes they only serve CREPES. I heard a gentlemen behind me while dining complain about the menu selection and not being able to order any other type of food, but excuse me sir, did you read the sign before you came in? The waitress was very kind and obliged his order by serving him two eggs over easy with ham(not a menu option). The staff is always very kind, and the atmosphere is always calm. Do beware, there are not many tables, maybe ten 2-tops, but I have never had to wait for a table here.

This place is great. Our server Brianna was very good. She took great care of us even though she was working 8 or 9 tables at once. The owner stopped by our table to say hello and made us feel very welcome. The food was fresh and made to order. Very reasonably priced for breakfast or brunch. I highly recommend stoping here if your in the area I promise you won’t regret it.

Love this place! It has that quaint café atmosphere without feeling too cramped, and everything I have ever ordered has been delicious. I always try to support the local businesses, and you can tell that this place deserves it. It’s run by younger people, but don’t let that fool you ;they can make perfect crepes. There are a lot of interesting combinations for sweet and savory options. Have dinner and dessert!

Tiny place but love the bustling atmosphere. Ham and cheese crêpe was delicious. Portions are large. My son had the strawberry and cream one. He couldn’t finish it all, but loved it. I tasted it and can agree it was yummy. Coffee and service was good… we were in and out fairly quickly. What more can you ask for? In a perfect world, I wish it were bigger and in a better location with its own parking.

Takes WAY too long to get a simple meal(35min and it wasn’t crowded). Ate there with two others and our crepes came out 10 min apart. Knives don’t cut their crepes — too dull. Very annoying. Food was just ok and not worth the wait.

This place is great and the family that owns it is so nice! I always come here with my family when I’m in town. My favorite crêpe is the banana foster crêpe. So delicious and I highly recommend it! My ONLY complaint is that the space is really small and cramped; however, I’ve only has to wait on one occasion and the wait was less than 15 minutes.
