I have been a tenant with Maynard Management for over two years now at two different residences. While I will say that the owners of this company prefer to keep relationships professional and might even seem unfriendly on occasion, I must add that they are attentive and take very good care to ensure that their client’s needs are met. I sincerely appreciate the way they do business! Super Kudos to the Maynard staff who I have found to be the cream of the crop — just a delight to call them! More Kudos to their great website. Their Tenant Portal is very user-​friendly (and I’m slow with change) and almost everything can be handled online which means I can address things when it’s convenient for me — online or visiting the office. All-​in-​all, Maynard Mgmt is by far the best property management company I’ve experienced here and I am delighted to be an excellent tenant.
