I’m giving one star because I can’t leave zero stars. For starters the itemized list of items was not accurate and at times 10 digits off, if recorded at all. Next they held our goods hostage and demanded even more money before unloading our items. When they were unloading the items we noticed that they had packed trash and other items that were set to be donated. Those items were on a half of the garage clearly marked by a tape outline. While bringing items into the new location one worker smashed a light fixture hanging from the ceiling and the joked about it. A 60# crate of cookware was set on top of a box clearly marked «dishes fragile» smashing many of them. They tracked crushed charcoal into my freshly cleaned carpets. At the end I had to argue with the movers to get them to unload my mattress and box springs. Finally they did not present me with the insurance paperwork until after my items were unloaded and damaged. I refused to sign because they only offered to cover pennies per pound unless I paid additional money.
