Boulevard Towing sucks! There is no central dispatch, it only goes to one guy’s phone (eddie). He told us 35 minutes and it has been over 2 hours and we are still waiting! No one will answer the phone and no one has contacted us with any sort of an update. This is So unprofessional, I can’t believe that anyone would operate a business this way

If I could give a company zero stars this would be my first. I have waited and waited and waited some more for this company to show up to tow a car that was parked in my spot. I have called them15 or more times and have yet to receive a call back. 4 hours later and nothing. Obviously I’m pissed but seriously WTF Is up with this company.
