The shoes are affordable and all but the sandals are horrible quality. I haven’t bought one pair from traffic that lasted longer than one month before breaking. Also, some of the employees are really rude and make you feel like you’re an imposition when you ask for help. They’d rather judge than make sales.

Customer service at Traffic seems to be subpar all over Florida. The place is the size of a closet. There are normally at least two people working the store. One seems to hide in the back while another is chatting with a friend while you wait to ask about shoe sizes. So I use that as my base for critic.
