Great customer service, the restaurant was very clean and smiles on everyone face. The food was fresh and good. I will return again.

Good subs, but a little pricey. The sandwiches are pre made so here’s the trick ask for ice berg lettuce instead of romaine because then they have to make it fresh.

Fresh fresh fresh. They’ve been around for ever for a reason. The prices are great. If you’re looking for a classic sub this is the place for you. I recommend a small Russo with double meat and extra pickles.

Have been a big fan of Russo’s for 20 something years now but today was my last day as a customer. Their subs were always fresh and worth the money but the tuna sub that I got today was it for me as I personally feel their quality has really gone down hill lately. I like my tuna without lettuce and even though places tend to use it as a filler to make their sandwiches look fuller, Russo’s never needed it because their subs overflowed. Not today. There was barely enough tuna in the sandwich to fill half the roll. And the bread was not fresh like regular customers are used to. Very sad. I miss the quality that was there with the previous owner(heard they changed hands quite awhile ago, I could be wrong but it would explain the downward trend) if I wanted a bad sandwich while I was out running errands, I would eat at Subway. Goodbye Russo’s

I had a turkey sub. The menu isn’t very extensive and has just one cheese option(provolone). The sub was alright. However, I couldn’t pinpoint if it was premade or fresh. The reason I say that is because I ordered through the drive-thru and when I asked if they could add mayo, they said they would put it on the side. Why? If you’re making the sandwiches as they are ordered, wouldn’t it be easy to add mayo if it is requested?

I have been eating Russo’s subs since the early 80’s and the winning formula has remained consistent. I get the Classic Russo with oil and crushed pepper on that delicious bread they use. There is nothing better. It’s a WPB classic!

Russos subs are a West Palm fav. Always freshly made and will customize if you want. The bread has a sweetness to it, similar to Hawaiian bread, yum! Never had a bad meal here.

I’ve driven past this place a million times and finally decided to give it a shot. I thought something was odd when there were only 5 items on the menu. I ordered the Italian thinking everything else just sounded like a sandwich you would find in your second grade lunch box. Sandwich was premade and just sitting there. I was offered oil and red pepper on my sandwich which I accepted. These two items were already pre packages and throw into my bag for me to add to the sandwich myself. The sandwich itself was just a sad example of laziness. There was one thick slice of each meat. When have you ever heard of anyone asking for their cold cuts to be cut thick? This was the poorest excuse of a sub I’ve ever had. I should’ve driven further until I found something else.

Love russos. We come here once a week or so for lunch. Lots of cops and county employees eat here, so you know it’s good. Get the Russo with oil and vinegar and some red pepper flakes. You won’t regret it! The meatball is also awesome.

I went here due to its close Proximity to my place, and finding the name enough to check out. Id like to say. I love subs usually, and these were off par with my expectations. Their large sub comes with whatever you ask for, and more. But, when I walked in, the place had flies flying around. Thats not something I find should happen in a restaurant. The other issue was, the sauce was kind of chunky. I still finished it(a meatball sub) but I wasn’t feeling too well after I ate it. The staff was friendly by any means, and I had a chocolate chip cookie that was fresh baked, which was decent. Everything was too over priced for the quality.

Best best subs EVER! You should get the Russos sub(it’s kinda similar to an Italian) OR if you get another deli sub get it with Russo Fixings. Fast service, fresh baked bread, yummy simple meat!!! Yum!

If you grew up on bologna sandwiches, you will probably love this place. For those of us who grew up on real Italian subs, find another place(Like Jersey Mike’s). The meat resembles the type in the Oscar Meyer variety pack. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and the place is clean.

Fresh bread, fresh subs, and they have cherry coke. Their signature sub is all I ever get here + lg cherry coke. It’s a great combo although a little pricey for what you actually get but their subs are never soggy or sloppy. Just like Chinese food though, you won’t be satisfied for long.

I am curious if the people doing the reviews like this place because it’s a tradition for them or if they really liked the food. Plus: a drive thru and very nice staff. They got my order correct and packed it all up in a bag, not missing anything. Negative– it didn’t look like any type of deli meat I’ve had before. Not sure of the brand. They also wrapped the meat up with the condiments inside and no dressing but oil on side. Overall, I was not impressed at all. My two kids didn’t even eat the meat when they took the sandwhich apart.

I grew up eating here as a young kid… every Sunday morning after church, my mom and dad would bring my family here. Their fresh bread, accompanied with their freshly-sliced meats and chopped lettuce make the experience of dining here, heavenly. The dining room décor is archaic, but I kind-of like the simplicity of it because of all the childhood memories eating there… I have never had a «bad experience» eating here, and I highly recommend the Large Turkey, Lettuce, and Provolone cheese Submarine sandwich. Put a little mayo and crushed red-peppers on it and you’re on your way to a very satisfied tummy as well as mouth. I will continue to return here as long as I reside in West Palm Beach and in the future, bring my kids here. But don’t take my word for it, try it yourself!

This is the best sub place ever. I’ve been a fan since I was a little kid, when my mom used to take my sister and I to Russo’s to get a sub after school or after sports practices. The selection is not really big, but everything on the menu is absolutely fantastic. What really makes Russo’s special is the bread, I think. Yeah, you might think bread can’t make THAT big of a difference in a sub, but try the bread from Russo’s and you’ll see what I mean. It’s got a slight sweetness that mixes perfectly with meat and cheese that makes a Russo’s sub a little piece of heaven. Expect this place to be very crowded at lunchtime, but if the line is long, don’t get disheartened — Russo’s is well worth the wait.

A staple in this 3rd generation Floridian’s family. My dad always took us here for lunch(a Russo) after a long morning of beach fishing. No place has better bread!

I went to Russo’s the other day and had my favorite, meatball and cheese sub. It was great as always, consistent quality is what it takes to stay around.

I’m 63 now and when I was 10-years old my parents used to drive to the other location across from the telephone building in downtown WPB. In those days, there was a line for takeout and you could forget about getting a seat at lunchtime. The whole phone company was there having lunch. Since I live west of the Military Trail location, I can drive over and pick up or most times eat-in without a problem. I’ve always loved the Russo Original. My mom likes the Italian meatball with a delicious sauce. There’s great value in a Russos!
