Red Lobster

Poor service (couldn’t get to us in any sort of timely manner but couldn’t clear our plates fast enough once we got them), subpar food, and since Saturday night’s visit I have been in bed with food poisoning from either the shrimp or salmon I had. I will never be visiting a Red Lobster again. If you do, I suggest not giving your business to this location.

Ew. I came here one day to use up a gift card we were given for the holidays. Never EVER will I make that mistake again. I’ll re-​gift the card before I ever eat here again because it seems like this is the only one anywhere in west palm beach. If this chain is an example of what’s going on it the country, then no wonder why this place is becoming extinct.
First the place smelled like FUNK. The Oder must have been drifting into the lobby by way of the bathrooms. That was the first red flag. I told my friend that I wanted to leave because anyplace that smells that funky in the lobby can NOT be good. It was not a fish smell– it was a feces pee smell, the kind from a nursing home.
Secondly the food was limply shrimp and crab legs with artificial imitation yellow flavored liquid butter.
Thirdly, have you met the staff? Quite the dilemma and experience I tell ya. Not pleasant at all. Our waitress was very very sweet and very accommodating but the hostess with the mostest was anything but looking the part. I swear I thought I saw the girl wearing flip flops and the tightest shirt that could not and would not win a fight trying to button up near her bubbies. Her hair was unkept and looked like a YAK attack. That girl needed her weave did. I don’t know what the manager was thinking in placing this girl in the meet and greet spot of this establishment. She was so darn rude she put down her boost mobile phone just in time to finish her candy crush game and proceeded to silently thrust her arm behind her and pointed us towards the bar stools at the bar when the place was empty. I said no thank you, I prefer to be seated. I know that’s quite the run on sentence but darn it was that bad it deserves no correct punctuation. After eating I knew we were heading to the comedy club and I had to go tinkle. With much apprehension I made my way into the ladies room. I added the evidence video in the photo selection. All you need is a scratch and sniff app to smell the funk. Seeing is believing.

It’s Red Lobster. My husband saw the commercial for the seafood trio and got a craving … So we had to go. Honestly you get what you pay for, we shared the trio which was $ 17 and then also the Boston Lobster Boil at about $ 30, the boil was muchhhh better obvi lol
The effort from service was there but you can see the decline since the separation from Darden, just in my opinion. The servers were loud and all in the weeds, our beers sat on the service counter along with lots of other drinks for quite some time.
Could use improvement but not bad.

I’m giving it a 3 because the staff was nice… the food is a 1 star. Stopped by for a late lunch while in town and was kind of sorry I did. Although the staff was kind and helpful — there is only so much you can do to overcome the food quality. The chowder had no flavor whatsoever. I tasted like it was just a base — isn’t the base supposed to have flavor and then the ingredients make that even better? OK — then it wasn’t a base — but we paid for it so I think it was food. Ordered the Salmon w/​a shrimp skewer. Salmon — again — looked like it was salmon. it was kinda pink but again — no flavor. The shrimp was better but then again — there wasn’t a huge comparison. They give you 1 biscuit per person now — I’m GF so that’s 2 for my date! They did put extra tomatoes on my salad and held the breadcrumbs. so kuddos to the staff. Red Lobster — give your staff some help… stop depending on butter and salt and make real food!!!

It’s Lobster fest at Red Lobster! We had lunch at the location on Palm Beach Lakes. The create your lunch was delicious. The succulent Garlic shrimp and crunch fried fish was a big hit. The Bahama Mama was ok! Matthew was a great server. Thanks for lunch Burnette!

This restaurant has improved a lot! New staff in courteous and on point. The only negative thing is that the prices are way to high!!! The food has improved 100%. They will never get a full house with those prices!

We had lunch on Sunday at this Red Lobster on PB Lakes Blvd. We had a nice lunch, using the Lunch menu which is reasonably priced.
When I paid, I used my American Express credit card and inadvertently left it on the table. I didn’t realize it was gone until Monday noon. I called back, talked to the Manager and she told me they had it, it was locked up in the safe and I could pick it up with picture ID.
The point is, they have some honest employees and that is very important in today’s culture!

Worst service EVER!!! I will never go back! Seriously Dont waste your time. The wait staff was dirty and couldn’t be any slower. Our drinks were never refilled, once we asked, he forgot to bring them back! Waiter forgot to ring in our food– 2 hours for crab legs! Oh and we spoke to the manager– he was sorry but nothing was done… its like no one could care less!!! This place was horrible!!! Manager needs to take control and clean up. The place was dirty and gross! Never be back!

Food delicious as usual but there was a smell
Of disinfective soap. changed booths several times but it was still there. got use to it.

This visit receives four stars because our server Quanda was so attentive and on top of things she made an average meal great.
We ordered an appetizer from the Lobster Fest menu (lobster artichoke dip), fish and chips and coconut shrimp. Everything came out well timed so we didn’t feel rushed or that we had to wit to long between salad appetizer and entrees. The food was adequate, nothing spectacular but all seven hot, with the appropriate accompanying items.
It was a really busy night, and the wait staff and a manger seems to be on their toes busing tables, refilling drinks as a team. It was a really nice thing to see at a chain restaurant.

When we went to eat at this location, the service was really slow. So slow that they didn’t even bring out the biscuits, and they weren’t even full/​packed. We gave the waitress a tip for the drinks that we ordered because the slow service wasn’t her fault, we left the restaurant, and we ate somewhere else.
We won’t be going to this location anymore.

Terrible food. They need to let the people handling the food wear hair nets. I was there for dinner with my family awhile ago and when the server came to bring our food her hair was in my son’s plate her whole ponytail and I haven’t been back since then.

Sat for quite some time before being greeted. Service was not good. Food was alright but I ordered the grilled tacos without any meat and paid for grilled chicken tacos… Probably won’t be returning any time soon.

Everything was so overdone. The mussels — I couldn’t even eat them it was like plastic! I told the server who said he’d tell the manager. Manager never even came to talk to us or look into the situation. Server came back and said «the manager wants to know what you want us to do.?» Really? They made new ones TO GO. Grrrr…
Right now Im at home and I just heated up my Alfredo and sadly it has turned to mush. :(so yes it too was way over done.
Spent $ 100.00 on dinner for two for this crap! Never again!!!

Worst service ever! First off the waitress forgot to put our food In. She was very rude and short with us. She forgot to clear the table off. And didn’t even say thank you. There was also baby ants all over the wall!

The biscuits was fresh like always .the salad fresh… I had the seaside trio all the shrimps was cook right… if only the waiter was more interactive… but its the food I came for n the food I was please with

The steaks rarely come out right the first time but the service is second to none. Emily behind the bar is wonderful and Chanel is very personable on the floor. We drive from Boynton to come here and will continue to return!

Eh. I hate seafood that you have to crack open, it makes me nauseous. I had 3 people in my party cracking the whole time I was trying to eat, so my review is for the chicken. I got the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Alfredo. It was eh. Not disgusting but not real good either. Not a lot of flavor there. The Caesar salad was pretty good, lettuce seemed very fresh, but I would stay away from the cheese shavings if you don’t like salt because they were super salty.
Our server was Sabrina and she was great. We actually felt bad because we were getting grumpy that our check was taking so long, come to find out it was because they were bringing my Mother In Law a free birthday dessert. Good, fast service.
The only wow part of the meal was the biscuits. They are friggin delicious

Had the twin lobster tails. They were fair at best. I don’t think they were cooked properly. Service was very good for lunch.

This would’ve been five stars had the hostess not played games with us and was rude and obnoxious. The only reason for the 4 star review was because of our server Jerry Z.
We told the hostess we did not want to sit in the bar and she huffed and puffed at us. She made a big deal about finding one of the many empty tables in the dining room and eventually sat us. We waited a good ten minutes while servers passed us and never stopped. We finally said something to a server walking by and Jerry came to the rescue.
Jerry was friendly, professional and was on the ball. Our drinks were never empty and the food was perfect m if he is not the head waiter or higher he should be!
