Publix Super Markets

CLOSED UNTIL FALL 2015. They didn’t even put up window/​register notices weeks beforehand.

I really love this store. I always find what I’m looking for and more.

I cannot believe this Publix doesn’t have a review yet! When I was in the area of FL for some of my adult years, I visited this Publix and other branches quite often!
Publix has an extremely high standard of quality, service and care. They set the bar for supermarkets. Publix has great specials and does a buy 1 get one free or buy 2 get one free special quite often.
Publix is the only supermarket chain that I would trust for seafood of high quality but a good price when I was in FL. One year, one of my best friends bought me 4 lobsters from there for my birthday and they were ridiculously delicious. A little lime, butter, garlic and voilà!
Publix has great produce and offers one of my favorite fruits, Asian Pears, at a better price than Whole Foods for the same level of quality.
One thing I love about Publix is that it actually feels «soothing» to shop there. It’s one of my best friend’s favorite place to visit. Another thing I love is that their employees are eager to help you and always have a smile.
Though Cali is lovely and I am enjoying it here as a new place to live this year, I will truly miss Publix in FL – but I will be glad to visit there again when I go back to visit family and friends.
