Decent for a fast food joint late at night. (I was surprise they were even open late) The girl who took my order was very nice and fast… Wished they would have chop my chicken more tho, it was like a big block of chicken which someone try to chop but didn’t make it all the way thru, so their just stuck hanging barley together. Yall get what I’m saying rite? … Rite? Okay, no … so Umm yea It’s funny because I had order a tropichop … So no I’m not being too dramatic here lol… Other then that, everything else was okay… In and out.

I think their chicken although smaller has better taste than la brasa or la granja. Also The family meal is the way to go if you’re not just feeding yourself or it will get pricey quick.

Not real clean. A restaurant should be really clean, right? The recipes are good but I wasn’t to feel comfortable eating and knowing that management is obsessed with cleanliness. Too much food and trash on the floor and on condiment counter in this place. Also, open bowls of sauces with little kids dipping in them… Not good. Find a better way Pollo tropical!

This is as good as fast food gets. Nice people at the counter, and easy to get a healthy meal. I got the grilled chicken breast with salad and tomatoes on the side and an unsweetened tea — fast healthy meal for under ten bucks. It’s no five star dining, but for something quick, this is high quality.
