Pawsitively Love West Palm Beach

Place looks clean and big, but something set off my fishy sense. My dogs were very very very scared when I picked them up. They jumped in my car extremely fast wanting to leave as quickly as possible. I never met the person I was speaking to on the phone «Christy» she did not let me get a tour of the facility because the «dogs will go wild barking and it causes them stress «. With no hesitation took my payment and implemented I need to bring proof of vaccination and annual fecal check. When I arrived she briefly took my dogs and rushed me out with out asking for the paper work. Both times I arrived to drop off and pick up my dogs all the dogs were locked up. Not once did I get a chance to see the «cageless environment» I called a few times to check on my dogs because my chihuahua gets epileptic attacks when under stress, once again Christy picked up the phone said she would call me back and not once did I hear from her. All I know is that this place is not cheap but it sure is shady. I rather shop else where and be guaranteed that my babies are in a loved and safe place!

I was so impressed when I first saw the boarding area. They promised to post pictures and keep us informed on how our dogs were doing. They did neither. My mom went to check on my dogs and they refused to let her in. Said she had to have appointment. Very shady. Had to pay upfront, very rude. Once I did get pictures it was obvious my dogs had been in a fight. I asked them to keep them separate as they get jealous and will fight one another. I chose this place as we were going to be gone for 5 weeks, big mistake
My dogs weren’t the same for approximately a week after bringing them home. Very skittish and seemed scared. Looks are very deceiving.

The amenities were great and so was the service. My dog enjoyed being here so much. She was happy and joyful when I picked her up. The place was beautiful and peaceful as well. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone who wants their four legged children to enjoy a beautiful stay at this doggie sanctuary.

When I first saw this property, I was amazed! It’s huge! Imagine a huge barn and pastures for horses, now imagine its only for dogs to play and run in! Who wouldn’t want to leave their dog for a weekend? Lots of space to run, amazing lounge areas for the dogs to relax, a pond to swim in, kind people to care for them. I brought my dog there a few months ago and my dog was a little scared to be left behind but by the time I picked her up a few days later, she was running along side a retriever and boxer yapping away like she was a little boss! I drove over an hour to bring my dog to these facilities and I will do it again. There were dogs there from Ft. Lauderdale and even Miami Beach. People obviously make the drive to get their furried loved ones here, because it’s worth it. I only choose Pawsitively Love for my dog boarding and I recommend all my friends and family too. I have known the owner of Pawsitively Love for awhile now, Christy is and always has been an animal lover and I wouldn’t expect anything less than amazing for anything she has invested herself in. #dogs #pawsitivelylove #doggievacay

Set in rural Loxahatchee, Pawsitively Love is really what any Florida dog dreams of: a resort, with a beach for… dogs!
Christy is a caring person with a smack for dogs and it shows. The dogs just love her and every time I pick up our dog, it’s like picking up a kid coming back from a school trip: happy as can be.
I highly recommend this place. The prices are correct, the care is unsurpassed!

I love love love this place! Christy is AMAZING! I do not have enough praise or compliments for Christy or her wonderful facility. I refer everyone to her. My dog absolutely loves her retreat and has a blast there! My dog runs around all day and gets to play with all the other dogs she is so happy and does not get upset when I leave which makes me feel a lot less guilty! Also the fact that the dogs get to play outside most of the day and sleep in the same room which my dog loves!
I work long hours and travel so there would be weeks I would have to board my dog and she always get excited to go and play!
