The family and I were packing up our camper for a much needed vacation, when we realized that the air conditioner wasn’t working. This was a major disappointment since we planned on leaving first thing in the morning. The next morning we called Palm Beach Rv. The service staff understood the urgency of our issue and told us to bring our camper in immediately. We arrived at the dealership and within 20 minutes our camper was being worked on. It turns out that the air conditioning unit did not need to be replaced, which was something we feared $$$. Going in I felt that we would be in for a costly repair. To the contrary, a wire called the freeze switch had come loose and once it was put back in place the unit started to work again. Palm Beach Rv not only took care of my camper, they saved our family trip. I would highly recommend Palm Beach Rv for any service related items. They had us back on the road within an hour! Thank you to the service guys – you ROCK!

We were first time RV buyers and the Palm Beach RV Family truly rendered exceptional service. From the first moment we contacted them to inquire as to the availability of a specific model to the moment we drove off the lot with our RV the entire staff was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and approachable, they truly made it a simple and easy decision and experience for us and we would recommend this dealer to anyone seeking to get an RV.

My husband and I had been looking for a toy hauler for two years. We attended many RV shows and finally narrowed our search down to either a Forest River or Jayco. We went to Palm Beach RV to see Forest River Hyperlite unfortunately we were too late as it was already purchased Mike the salesman was kind enough to take our names and number to call us if he got another one in stock. True to his word he phoned me one day to say he had a 2014 Hyperlite coming in on trade. My husband and I went to see it and purchased it that day Mike, Matt and Jack were all very helpful and made the purchase so easy for two people who had never owned a travel trailer. I highly recommend Palm Beach RV a truly professional dealer.

Just purchased a Forest River Salem Ultralite 171RBXL from these guys. I looked at many RV dealers from Key Largo to Orlando and finally found the travel trailer I was looking for. My wife and I drove Mike crazy with all the changes to the contract. Everything was straight forward with nothing hidden. Found out about the GAP during the paperwork signing which would have been nice to know ahead of time. During the walk-​thru the service guy took his time showing us every feature the trailer had. He addressed a few issues with the outside storage and shower knob falling off, these were fixed without hesitation. The table had 2 chips in it (probably mfg error) and one of the interior doors was not put on correct, but Jeremy, the service manager, said they will take of it and get us a new one. Matt was super friendly and took the time to explain everything on the contract including the LIFETIME WARRANTY (great) Overall great experience with this dealership.

Just purchased a 220 Venture Sonic from these guys. I took my time, over 2−½ weeks to make up my mind and do research. They were very patient with me. I probably drove Mike nuts with the number of times that I stopped in, but he always had time for me. Service during the sale was polite, honest and straightforward. I’ve had a great experience!

Just left the South Florida Fairgrounds RV Show and was told to go to their dealer location. Upon arrival to the Palm Beach RV dealer was told by the OWNER «Larry Waits» that the sales lot was closed because of the rv show but yet there were 2 salesman there available. The unit they had there we were ready to buy but we needed to see it inside. We told him we drove 1 hour to see it and he didn’t care. He prefers to loose a sale because he chose not to be kind. What POOR customer service !!! We will never buy from Palm RV !!! Sadly because we were ready to buy! Luckily we found the same model at «CAMPING WORLD@ in Ft. Myers in which we will buy from. I will continue giving bad reviews so no one goes through what we did. If the OWNER LARRY WAITS Gave horrible customer service imagine the rest of the staff!

We had a leak in our coach and took it in on a word of mouth recommendations. Our neighbor said palm beach RV was the best. We brought the coach in and they fixed it. When we got it home we discovered it was still leaking so we brought it back in. For reasons that are too long to describe —that leak was due to mastic sealer tape not being installed correctly at coachmen factory. We are so grateful that Jeremy and his service team took the time to not only listen –but that they took the investigative time to find and fix the unit the correct way and not some shoddy repair. This was a big fix that required removal of the window and reinstall it. As a measure of extreme goodwill Jeremy did not charge us as he felt that we were inconvenienced by having to bring the unit back in. I’m sorry — but in this day and age customer service does not get better than this. I will never use anyone else to service my coach except palm beach RV.

Went with wife and kids to shop for RV’s today. We really don’t know much about them except we want one and will be buying one within a year (preferably by spring). Got greeted by a very rude salesman (older guy with a big gut and glasses) and the 1^st thing out of his mouth is what’s your budget. We told him we weren’t buying today but will be within the year and needed to know more about the different units and floor models. He became extremely rude and tells me «we have over 400 units that are locked and doesn’t want to go around showing and unlocking them all.» So, we looked at the open units that were in showroom and he disappeared. Went to find him and he is with someone else. He tells me very rudely that he is the only sales guy there and he is helping someone that is purchasing today and he could be back with us in an hour. He saw I was very angry and asked him if there was anyone else that could help so he called the sales manager. The sales manager helped us and was a nice guy. He unlocked and showed us various models as well as educating us. He is the only reason I have this 2 stars or I would have given this 0 stars! The other RV places we shopped in the area were smaller but the salesman were much nicer and attentive to our needs

We are very happy with our used fifth wheel from Palm Beach RV. Tony was our salesperson and upon explaining our needs showed us the perfect RV. We purchased with very little hassle, had a great experience with our financing and walkthrough. Upon getting it home we had some initial issues which were troubling but we believe they did not know about the issues since you could not see them. Upon calling to find out what could be done they immediately offered to completely fix the issue. They followed through and have since been extremely helpful with anything we need in terms of service. We have brought it back a few times for service and everyone in that dept. is nice and helpful; doing what they say they will and submitting things to the warranty Dept. when appropriate. I will continue to do business with Palm Beach RV and send my clients and friends to them as well.

I bought RV from them about a month ago. Everything was smooth and they approved me on a Sunday. Pick up was good and walk through went well even though it was pouring rain. Would recommend in palm beach.

A crew just for those issues, no longer thrown in with prepping new sales, out of state vehicles

Made an appt, greeted us and took care of issues
Even had service tech explain (very nice)
Very nice experience! WHAT A DIFFERENCE

We are finally done with these idiots. We bought a brand new Class A (not from them). I surely would caution anyone from doing business with these people.
