O’Hara Sprinkler

I schedule appointment. They were booked out week and half. Made appointment to come out on ⁰⁵⁄₁₁ between 9:00 — 11:00. I called around 10:00 to confirm. It turns out they put me down for Tuesday ⁰⁵⁄₁₂. Again the next day around 10:00 I called and was told they would not be able to make it out because they have a commercial job they are stuck on. I took 2 half days off work and they had no intention of coming out for repair. Could have told me Monday they were not going to make it out. Instead she confirmed they would be out next day. If you have time to waste for no show feel free to use them. I used Rainmaker they came out same day repairs were done in a timely and costly manner.

I called OHara to come out and install a pump for my sprinklers. They came out a day early which was nice installed the pump. During installation I get a phone call from Joseph that something was wrong with my electric and I need an electrician. I said OK no problem. He said call once the electrician is done and I will come back out and prime the pump cause that is my job and comes with the installation. I have electrician come out then text Joseph to let him know that was done he could come when possible. He said OK. A couple of days go by no phone call or show. So I call the office, and was told by Suzie that she would get with Joseph and call me back. No call back… I wait 2 days nothing. I called again spoke with Suzie. she tells me I thought Joseph was done! I explain the whole story to her even though Joseph should have informed the office. She said I will get back with you. At this time I am very upset this company has cashed my check and my job isn’t complete. I advise I wanted a call back asap or I was making a complaint. I get a call from Joseph telling me he will call me on Monday to let me know if he can come Monday or Tuesday. OK no problem. Monday comes I get a phone call from Joseph he is at my home. He proceeds to tell me that my pump isn’t working correctly and maybe I needed to purchase a new one! I said fine. I come home turn on my pump and to my surprise… my sprinklers come on!!! Hmm. don’t need a pump. I think he just didn’t want to take the time to do the job correctly. I will never use them or refer anyone to them. I found a company that was more than happy to have a new customer and do the job completely. My sprinklers work fine now!!!

I had already called 2 other companies that did not show up. OHara showed up as promised and provided excellent service. The technicians were very professional and conscientious; they even pulled out, bagged up and threw away grass that had grown up around the pump. They did a super job and I am very pleased. The lead technician named Joseph was really great.

Excellent Service. They did exactly what they said they would. The repair man Joseph Montas was personable and went directly to the problem of the check valve not holding pressure when the system was off. Alex the owner answered the phone today and schedule another repair at another location. Very pleased with the whole process at a fair price.
