This place is a joke. In my opinion Disrespectful to women and inequality. Went to have a slice of pizza late in the morning, understood lots of intoxicated people will be around. The owner of this place is just RUDE. used the women’s rest room had a gentlemen(not a gentlemen) at all bang on the door saying get the«fuck» out after being in the restroom. And the owner had told men before its okay to use the women’s restroom. Never going to this place again and no women should since we’re not equal

Downtown has over ten pizza places to choose from, some have been around for decades but Nico’s ranks at the top. Unfortunately, most of the great pizza places are holes in wall where theres barely room to stand, they’re dark and dingy and there’s no where to sit and enjoy a slice. Nico’s has a spacious air conditioned dinning area inside to sit and escape the heat or you can choose to sit outside and catch a tan as you people watch on the corner of Olive & Clematis. The place is kept spotless, you can tell that cleanliness is a priority and the food it exceptional. The menu contains all the normal pizza shop fare but the star of the show is the pizza, its very thin, crisp, never greasy with a perfect crust. Kinda like a wood fired pie without the burnt taste. In closing, because of the high rent location, the place is pricey. A slice will set you back $ 3 plus, $ 8 – 10 salads, and $ 5 for a cannoli but as far as thin pizza goes, this place has no equal in the downtown area.

Best thin crust pizza in town! And If that isn’t good enough for you, they’re open late too! Everything always comes out fresh and never much of a long wait. After a long night of drinking or a snack after work, if I’m in the mood for pizza, this is the place to go to!

There aren’t may places open late after a night of drinking on Clamatis. This place is open late so you get the foot traffic. Also, when you’re drunk, everything tastes good. Or you just don’t care as long as you’re shoving food down your throat. That being said, I will say that their pizza is ok. It’s edible. It ain’t no NY slice that’s for sure. It’s also very overpriced. But will I continue to eat there after a night of drinking? Of course! It’s pizza! Any pizza is better than no pizza. And I’d rather eat pizza than fast food any day. I just wish they had more choices in slices. Great location.

Food was delivered and it took forever. Got the fettuccini Alfredo, mozzarella sticks, and chicken Parmesan. The spaghetti sauce was terrible, chicken on fettuccini was like rubber, the noodles were all stuck together and the sauce was essentially tasteless. Came with two rolls each which were ok and a salad. The only redeeming quality was the mozzarella sticks which were alright. Definitely not ordering from there again.

Best by-the-slice pizza you can get on downtown clematis. Open late too which is nice. I ordered a white pie here a week or two ago, it was pretty good(7⁄10 from someone who is used to ny style thin crust pizza). Delivery is quick. Unfortunately I ordered a Caesar and chx panini for delivery tonight, the Caesar had no dressing, which is the best part of that salad. Also the panini was lackluster, and did not include everything it advertises on the grubhub description(no basil). The only thing that saved them from 3 stars is the fact that the delivery guy came back with my dressing, which is pretty noble, especially for a busy downtown pizza place. I work close and will definitely be back for lunch, may or may not skip the delivery from now on unless I’m desperate.

Wow food was great! Just moved to WPB and my bf is a snobby Italian food guy from NY. We got the ala vodka with meatballs(him) and the tomato, mozzarella and basil panini(me). He devoured his entire meal and said the vodka sauce was light and fresh. Panini was great and came w a side of delicious steak fries. Even though it was for delivery food was piping hot, fresh and delivered within 30 min. Side salad was crisp and garlic rolls were soft and buttery!!! Yummy and all for $ 23! Will def order from here again

If I could give this store no stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. I don’t care how convenient of a location this restuarant might be in or how ‘okay tasting’ the food is, costumer service is everything to me. I’m not sure if the guy with the half bald head is the owner or one of the owners of this store but he is very silly to think that serving up mediocre food with a bad attitude makes a good business. Even the delivery driver is a major douche. Ugh. This place Sucks, royally !

The pizza here is ACTUALLYVERYGOOD!!! I am VERY picky, and I know good pizza(European style), and this place makes it good! Ive been here 2ce, got Margarita pizza both times and both times it was good! And my adult son likes it too! We’ve decided for casual dining/quick bite to eat this is our favorite! Place is decent looking, clean, owner is a nice guy from Turkey and if the pizzas in the case are not up to par, they will make you a fresh one . only downside its a bit pricey.

The food is decent, nothing amazing but the prices are extremely fair and reasonable for what you’re getting, especially for this generally overpriced area. Staff are pretty nice as well and their garlic rolls are huge! Overall a great little quick lunch place with a lot of variety. Pizza itself is okay but it’s edible for sure.

Pizza is just okay and overpriced. 4 dollars for a slice! I asked for a glass of water, the guy refused and said he sells bottled water for 250. Screw this place!

They make one of the best pizzas and calzones in the city. Its a casual place, mostly stopped by for a slice pizza, but at the same time its a nice place for any family to go and enjoy their time especially with their children. All the staff are so friendly that it make it look like a family business and only bad thing I can say about the place is that they don’t serve beer or wine.

I’ve been eating here at least once a week for the past 2 years. I live and work downtown. My boyfriend and I were meeting our white friends and walking in joking when the guy with the half shaved head and gray and black hair locked the door in our face. Mind you it was 4 pm. When our friends made a scene because it was very disrespectful and racist. They kicked us all out. I couldn’t believe it. No matter how great your business is doing, your customers are what keeps it alive. I WOULDNEVEREATHEREAGAIN.

Visiting WPB and could smell the pizza from down the street. I already ate dinner but the pizza looked and smelled so good I knew I had to come back the next day to try a slice. I did exactly that! The next evening my husband and I both grabbed a slice to go and brought it back to our hotel. The slices were HUGE! Heck, they better be for $ 5-$ 6 a slice(the reason they got a 4 star instead of 5)! He got a meat pizza and I got the white pizza and it tasted as good as it looked. We almost didn’t go after reading all of these negative reviews but I am so glad we did. We didn’t stay to eat so I can’t say much about the service. The people who were there seemed to be nice and took care of us fairly quickly.

Consistently GREAT food. The pizzas, calzones, etc are always delicious and cooked perfectly, even when delivered. I recently tried their pastas and they too were excellent! Fresh ingredients, super clean eating area, and you can see the kitchen from the counter — it’s always immaculate. Dining-in during the day and early evening is easy and fast — although busy, it’s not crazy and crowded. Later in the evening when the bars and clubs are wrapping up, people pack in making it a little more difficult to dine-in, but take-out/delivery is still pretty fast. Their specials aren’t bad and perfect for a bite to eat on the run.
