Well… it does smell wonderful from the street, but I think the BBQ is just okay pretty much everything is okay. But the food truck looks pretty nasty inside– take a peek next time you’re there. I’ve been there a few times and it’s very inconsistent. Went the other day and wanted the pulled pork sandwich, it was 12:30 and it wasn’t ready. Come on people! Lunch time and you don’t have pulled pork? So I opted for the rib sandwich which I’ve never had and it was… ugh; small sloppy ribs in between two pieces of white bread. Why would I want that? My friend got the brisket sandwich which looked pretty good. Do I have to go to Blue Front? I’m sure they don’t want to hear that. Oh and here’s the kicker; they have a sign taped across the front of their trucks saying they’re trying to come up with $ 20,000 to upgrade and get more trucks. To me that’s nuts. Concentrate on making your places stellar and the best that you can be, then grow. They do have a reputation, so it’s their fault because clearly they are making a ton of money with what they charge to be able to fix their existing two locations. Where’s the money going dudes?

This solely base on the food as I am not the one who picked up the order so I can’t comment on the services. The ribs were probably among the cheapest quality ribs they could get. The fact that they don’t have full bones and instead is filled with cartilage makes it lower quality and less appetizing. Their style is a very smokey and a hint of spice. I prefer a dry rub or a sweeter style I can’t fault them their but the lack of any other flavor and how tough they were made them hard to finish. They also only make Mac and cheese on Friday and Saturday which just sounds dumb because it’s probably one of the most popular sides. Very disappointed.

Terrible Terrible Terrible after I ordered look like some kind of fungus growing on the back wall. The truck needs to be CLEANEDAND Sanitized Ribs was hard after the wood chipping. I was told you have to catch them at the right time. Every time should be the right time. I don’t think I’ll be eating it again.

All I can say is great comfort food! BBQ is delicious and the choice of sauces puts a nice twist or twirl on it! I really enjoy the pull pork sandwich and the ribs! The bread pudding is really good too!

For this to be a trailer on a corner setting up to do business, this guy knows what the hell he’s doing. I would generally travel about 60 miles north west to a city called Okeechobee, Florida for brisket. I haven’t been to Okeechobee for months. The brisket is awesome the ribs are fantastic and the sides are all delicious. i’ve become a regular so now the lady at the register knows my face when I walk up. It is so comforting to be welcomed and recognized by local business. The attitudes are awesome and they are extremely accommodating. My wife love to get a few rib tips and special parts and they accommodate her. For my wife and myself we generally spend around $ 24. It’s not cheap but it’s worth waiting the entire week.

5 stars because they are the best around, doing what they do, because they are the only ones doing it. PA bbq might as well be Chilis… This place is cooking ribs over real smoke and you can taste it, and see it, all in a Walmart parking lot. I drive past there every saturday morning, and if I see that the wind is right, I roll down my windows to capture some of that smoke and cooking meat smell! I’ve only ordered ribs and they are great, a couple of times I wasn’t terribly happy with the ribs they gave me, although good tasting I’ve gotten a few piles of weird diagonal cuts

I don’t know what happened to McCrays… We used to eat at the 45th Street location on a weekly basis the food used to be on point years ago but about 6 months prior to the 45th Street location closing the ribs got smaller with very little meat on them, they started cutting the ribs diagonally(to maximize profit I’m assuming) the pulled pork and beef are no longer pulled but chopped and it has a ton of cartilage in the meat. The potato salad and baked beans taste like they are purchased premade from Walmart. We quit going there for a while but decided to give it another shot tonight so we stopped by the food truck in the Walmart parking lot at Belvedere and Military. I’m sorry to say that things haven’t improved much. It’s a shame because they used to have the best BBQ in West Palm Beach. Now we’re stuck with Sonny’s or PABBQ for anything even close to decent. Get it together guys! We miss the old stuff!

Went there Thursday 7÷3÷14 to get some ribs like I sometimes treat myself at the end of the week. It had been a couple months since I stopped by off their broadway located but I decided to at exactly 12 o’ clock. I walked up and greeted a few gentlemen and was told I couldn’t order any food until the woman they pointed at walking down a sidewalk got there. She arrived and asked me what I wanted. I told her ribs and she asked me «what do I want to pay?» Ok now at this point I’m asking myself wtf does that even mean?! I ask what the prices are and I decided on a 10 dollar rib order. 3 minutes later she turns around and asks for the money. I pull out my card and she says no cash only. Since when I asked. There isn’t a single cash only sign in site mind you. The guy behind me had been waiting for this woman to arrive since 11:30 and was pissed as soon as he heard the same news since he had a card as well. What a complete waste of my lunch break. In 2014 if you can’t afford a smart phone and a card reader at minimum to run your business you got problems. I’m not walking to walgreens and paying 2.00 dollars to use the ATM then having my bank hit me up for another 2.00 because I used a foreign ATM totaling 14.00 for some already overpriced ribs as is. I suggest you find a better employee to run this location. As is will never get another dollar from me.

I feel like I could smell the BBQ from two miles away at the car dealership where I had been wasting away as my boyfriend bought a car. When we finally finished up, this was our first stop! We were ravenous, but I would have enjoyed this BBQ no matter what. The brisket melted in my mouth, the flavor was great. It was a little fatty but most good brisket is. The slaw and potato salad were kickass, the mac and cheese is skippable. Right off the highway, the best possible pit stop meal in the area. Nom.

This establishment has moved around quite a bit, but one thing that remains consistent is the food! This week was my first week back in SoFla, so one of the first things I did was visit one of my childhood faves. If you didn’t know(where have you been?!), McCray’s has been around for ages. This is the best bbq in WPB hands down, mainly because of their secret bbq sauce. I’m telling you, this sauce is damn near hard to find imitated anywhere else. On this particular visit I ordered a lb of ribs($ 10) which comes with bread. It was a toss up between the ribs and the brisket, but the ribs are just so hard to resist. Luckily though I was able to get a sample of the brisket for future reference.
