No wait on a Friday night, yet the food was amazing! Inviting, beachy atmosphere and great service. The lobster Mac and cheese was everything I hoped for and more. Also would recommend the bacon bourbon Brussel sprouts, they were delicious! Definitely coming back if I’m in the area.

Stopped in to the bar at about 10 pm on a Saturday night. The draw was the live music that can be heard walking by. Sat at the nearly empty bar with my husband, waited for acknowledgement that we were there for about 15 minutes. The bartender was not friendly, did not offer happy hour specials, any specials… just finally asked us what we wanted. After ordering our drinks, a cocktail and draft beer, we never heard from the bartender again. No offer of a food menu… nothing. We stayed for an hour, listening to the live music. We would have ordered about 4 drinks in that time span, if we were asked for another drink order. Plus, we would have ordered food, if presented with a food menu. I was hoping for a far better experience. We love all the hot spots on Clematis. This one was a huge disappointment.

Oh my holy sliders and truffle fries. They were both soooo good. If I weren’t so full I would’ve ordered a second round! The service was great, seriously great.

Our server Daniel was great! We sat outside and ordered Conch fritters, Lobster Mac&Cheese with the sweet potato side, a burger with bacon & two beers(½ price drinks during happy hour) AWESOMEDEAL! Great food and terrific service. Highly recommend trying this restaurant if you’re in the area.

The seafood is impeccable, the cocktails and drafts are outstanding(yes, IPAs!) and the staff is so warm and genuine. Absolutely wonderful atmosphere. Hard to find a place that compares!

Couldn’t figure out how to add an addtl half star. Sautéed hog fish, crisp brussel sprouts, and truffle fries. All good on the cuisine front. Would suggest they offer a better grade house wine. And as appealing as the desserts sounded it turned out the one I ordered was not available. And the dessert offerings were presented by the server. The server, by the way, was delightful and helpful. Princess. Overall, not a bad spot.

Just loved this place! Very nice outdoor seating area, perfect for cool evenings and people watching. Indoors it was a very breezy cool atmosphere with a long bar down the middle with plenty of seating. Lots of table to accommodate the big crowds. The staff was young and very accommodating. I say this because in many restaurants I find that workers of this age possess a less than friendly attitude. The service was excellent here. The cocktail menu had many cool choices with fun names and unique blends. I had the surfer zombie(I think that was the name). As my server suggested and it was excellent. Our server, Willow suggested an appetizer and explained the fresh daily catches. We ordered the mussels, very good choice! I ordered the mahi with the Brussel sprouts, the mahi was grilled to perfection. My companion ordered the skirt steak and sweet potatoes. I tasted the sweet potatoes. Delish. We shared the pineapple jalapeño gelato. It was very good. I enjoyed and will be back.

Longboards recently underwent a complete overhaul, and ITSHOWS!!! Got a tuna dinner that was prepared perfectly, and with a special request personally handled by the chef. The drinks were on point, the bar overseen by a creative & talented staff! The atmosphere is perfect for happy hour with the guys or a dinner out.

Decided to check this place out on a Friday night. There menu specializes in organic and local produce which I love! If you like oysters this is your place to be! They have a fresh array of different oysters to choose from with an assortment of flavors. We decided to order the wings both the island style and buffalo with a side of fries and order of coconut shrimp. The island style wings tasted like pure honey was glazed over them which was not what I anticipated was hoping for a more sweet and spicy flavor from what the waiter Willow explained. On top of the disappointing flavor they were under cooked and sill pink inside so we sent them back and the waitress kindly took it off our bill. The buffalo style wings were flavorful and coconut shrimp was excellent! The place has a very relaxing vibe and beach accents, would definitely come back for drinks and appetizers with friends!

Honestly, I don’t understand the hype about this place. On April 11th, I went there for my birthday dinner with my family. I was very excited because I haven’t had Seafood in awhile. We started off with oysters. I ate two and I fell in love. I never had had oysters before. As I’m about to pick up my third one, I noticed that there was a worm in it. I didn’t think it was a big deal so, I let it go. I figured my dinner would make up for it. After waiting for an hour, my siblings started to get antsy. We asked our server to to check on their mac and cheese and she never came back to tell us whether or not it was ready. A few minutes later one of the managers came out and asked us how everything was. We asked him to check on the mac and cheese and again, he never came back and told us whether it was ready or not. He was concerned about checking up on other people but didn’t help us when we asked for the help. Finally all of our food came out. The mac and cheese was overcooked and not done well. My grandmother had the swordfish and upon trying to eat it she realized that it went bad. It had that awful fish smell. My mother ordered fish and our server told her that it would come whole. She decided that instead of having it grilled she wanted it fried because it was whole. When it came out it was a little tiny fillet that had more batter than fish. My dad was told that his fish was just a filet and when it came out it was a whole fish. One side was raw and the other side was burned. Every time we would try to talk to our server she would disappear and she wouldn’t come back for a very long time. I would understand if it was busy but it was not. It was a Monday night and there was a manageable crowd. Honestly, the server seemed like she was completely stoned and can barely process anything of what we were saying. I’d end of the night we were going to order dessert. We asked her what flavors of gelato they have and she gave us a list. My little sister was begging for chocolate since she’s six, and our server said she would go double-check what flavors they had. She didn’t come back out for another 35 minutes. It wasn’t until she saw me getting up to go use the bathroom that she walked towards me and told me the flavors. At that point it was late and we decided to leave. Everytime we try to say something one of the managers was our server would disappear. Finally we’d had enough and decided that we would just leave. I will never go here again. I was hoping it would be an enjoyable night because it was my birthday dinner and it sucked. So, unless you’re going here to have drinks, be wary of the food. Many neighbors of mine told me after the fact that they had the same type of issues when they went there for dinner. You would think that they would try to take care of the largest table they had at the time but, clearly they didn’t care. I’m sure they figured they had a good enough reputation to not care.

Alessandra was the BEST! She made excellent recommendations and was incredibly attentive. We had our seafood fix and more — and the key lime pie was to die for. Seriously — thank you for making our night!

The fresh fish choices were amazing. They really showcase the fish-not a lot of seasoning. They were very creative with the sides… yum! The drink menu was great. DonT forget to order the key lime pie that’s made locally. The atmosphere was cool and Jamie, our waiter, was personable and on top of everything.

Time to look at this one again folks! New management, new lead bartender, new chef. Bottom line straight up delicious results. Brett Hart behind the bar delivers primo drink selections: my favorite drinks change as the beverage ruminates in your mouth and MULTIPLE selections do this. Funky Buddha provides elegant limited edition draft selections. My dinner choice was a grilled sailfish, which was prepared in a simple, elegant fashion paired perfectly with salad and a Brussels sprouts preparation that can only be described as a compliment to Chef Joe. The bottom line? Try Longboards now. Whatever they were before, they are now a true gastropub to rival the best West Palm has to offer!

The service was incredibly slow, especially for a Wednesday night when the restaurant wasn’t very busy. However, I’m will to forgive the service for how much we loved the food! I got the lobster grilled cheese with the bacon brussel sprouts as my side. My mouth is now drooling thinking about them! The brussel sprouts were good enough to turn anybody who’s ever disliked the vegetable into a fan! We were also very impressed on the quality and quantity of the maine lobster used in the grilled cheese. The portions were huge and worth the wait! My husband had the mahi sandwich and the piece of fish was huge. Usually this means it’s dry, but it was actually super moist and delicious. Luckily we had good company to keep us distracted while we waited for service, so we still had a good night, and were more than happy when we got our food. We’d definitely be back, but would hope for quicker service next time!

Went here around 1pm on a Sunday with a group of friends. The two guitarists were starting to set up and we opted to sit at the front table. Good crowd in the back patio with less crowd where we were sitting. The $ 12 bottomless mimosas and Bellinis were very light in alcohol(according to my friends who opted in). They ran out of lobster(??) so ordered the Shrimp and Grits($ 14) sans the smoked sausage. It was topped with a poached egg and was delicious. It was oily but I knew I wasn’t ordering the healthiest thing on the menu. It was a very generous portion so I couldn’t finish it but would order again. Trying to split up a group check is never fun but server made it easy with an itemized bill that specified what everyone ate according to seat number. Environment was very casual and laid back. Tipped the guitarists who were playing a range from DMB to Bob Marley. Would visit again and try sitting in the back patio where they had hip hop playing.
