L.A. Vinas Plastic Surgery & Med Spa

For years I’ve endured significant back pain due to my breasts being too large for my body. I wanted a breast reduction since I was in my 20’s! A breast reduction IS something that my insurance would cover due to the back pain I’ve endured for years, but I just never had the time to get it done and honestly, was afraid.
Dr. Vinas and his staff changed ALL of it — my fear and having to deal with «no’s» from the insurance company. His staff has the know how and professionalism to take care of everything from the paperwork to the care and concern and all the coordination in between… they are the TOTAL PACKAGE!
With my 50^th birthday around the corner, I knew it was time. I went to various plastic surgeons in Palm Beach County, but my search was over when I met Dr. Vinas and his helpful and very professional staff.
His consultation wasn’t rushed and he explained his procedure vs. others, what I could expect, follow up care, etc. His nurse, Doris, was equally as professional and helpful.
Dr. Vinas is TOP in his field and I would recommend him to ANYONE searching for a plastic surgeon. While I wished I had gotten it years ago, I’m glad my search led me to Dr. Vinas and his staff and that I FINALLY had the breast reduction!

i had the hydro facial and loved it. it was everything a facial should be. relaxing but thorough with the end product being radiant skin. it combines a facial, a light dermabrasion, and a massage. wonderful and with no down time. i would definately have one again.

It has been six months since my wife’s initial mastectomy as a result of breast cancer. Dr. Vinas and his staff have continued to be part of our lives. A second surgery became necessary this past February due to my wife’s condition, and following her chemo treatment. Along the road, as expected there has been bumps and curves. But the professionalism as well as the empathy shown by Dr. Vinas and his staff has been simply reassuring to us. We continue to be extremely satisfied with this practice. We travel over 80+ miles round trip sometimes twice a week for our appointments with Dr Vinas. We wouldn’t care if it was 200 miles we’d still continue with his care of my wife.
