The worst customer service ever. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they didn’t want my business. They were extremely rude, impatient, unorganized and way overpriced! I had 16 pieces that would’ve costed nearly $ 200 and they seemed annoyed when I tried to make sure the pricing and clothing amount was accurate. After nearly 30 minutes of the clerk trying to figure out my ticket, I gave up and asked for my things back. The older gentleman there made a snide remark, thanking me for wasting their time. I replied that they wasted my time and lost business. Do not waste your time or money at this cleaners!

Rude Slow & Overpriced. The one on Belvedere has far better service but is still overpriced. They are not a very good dry cleaners and the one on Lake has a very rude Hispanic girl and a super dumb skinny old man who acts like he is in the movie Ground Hog Day. Don’t go here. There are far better options in the area.

My pants look perfect, their prices seem fair and the staff is quite nice. Conveniently located near me. I get out of work late at times… hence I wish it was opened till 9pm but we can’t have it all can we?

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
I went to pick up my white silk blouse for the third time; I wore it once had it dry cleaned and when I wore it it had brown spots that smelled like chemicals I took it back; they said they would clean it again, when i went to pick it up it still had the brown spots they said they would wet clean it I went back today the shirt is off white now still has brown spots and the owner has the nerve to tell me that that is the way the shirt is and that it is my problem if the shirt is a different color. his words were «IS YOUR WORD AGAINS MINE» what kind of costumer service is this.

Our local dry cleaning service! They generally get the job done for us, and on time. We’ve had a few garments missing here and there, and once I scored a smoking jacket (I didn’t know people wore those any more!). Torn between the fact that they’ve clearly been in the neighborhood forever, but at the same time they do look a bit odd being right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. They do keep the place tidy, which we appreciate and is why we continue to support this local business!
