Infiniti of the Palm Beaches

BUYER BEWARE — DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES HERE! NOT THE INTERNET SALES PEOPLE, NOT THE SALESMEN & NOT THE MANAGERS! This place is a scam! First off they get you to come in on false premises and then raise the rate… Second they lie about how their trade ins work. Third, they offer you dog shit to buy your car and make it seem like they’re doing you a favor. Fourth, they don’t follow through with anything. Oh someone is supposed to call you back? They won’t… Have issues with your brand new car right after you buy it? They don’t care. Get charged for something you didn’t consent to? THEY DON’T CARE & THEY WONT REIMBURSE YOU!
In addition to all my ongoing issues with them, I found out that my salesmen never removed my old SunPass like he promised we would, and now I have all sorts of crazy charges on my bank account from SunPass. My salesman, MAX wouldn’t fix the issue so I reached out to the manager and he suggested I go to SunPass… Even though it’s the dealerships fault! He wouldn’t take responsibility… They said they would remove it and they didn’t, but now I’m the one paying for it! Ridiculous. Worst dealership experience of my life!

Worst buying experience ever. I’ve purchased (3^rd Infiniti but 1^st from here) many cars in my lifetime but never had such a horrible experience before. Not only was the salesman (dexter) so unprofessional but he was a liar. When I showed him an advertised price from their website he told me they don’t use this site anymore… Seriously?
Did I see a manager? Yes but they weren’t helpful either.
Not only will I never buy another vehicle from them iv won’t even get my car serviced by the either.

Still on the fence about this place. Time will tell

The repair shop is awful. Manager is rude and so are the guys who work for him! Go across the street and buy a Benz. Much better customer service! I’ve had my $ 80,000 infiniti in this shop 7 times for the same problem within the last year!

I wish there was a NEGATIVE ONE STAR! What a nightmare dealership… went out on a test drive and the salesman forgot to take the license plate. I’m pulled over and I detained 30 minutes and end up getting a warning ticket. Yes, that’s right, I was driving so I got the warning ticket. The dealership was so rude about it like they didn’t care. The salesperson was the biggest BS artist I ever met in any dealership and offered the worst deal of any Infiniti dealership. I ended up getting my car from Coconut Creek which is a first class operation.
What a difference between the horrible sales manager at Inifiniti of Palm Beaches who is actually banned from… well that’s another story which I won’t publicize but suffice it to say you can do a million times better at any other dealership. Oh, and Infiniti of Palm Beaches both my parents bought cars from you but after the way you treated me they will go to coconut creek on the next ones and they told their entire community about how badly you treated me. Also, the next time your general manager hangs up on someone complaining about getting a ticket you might want to think twice about treating your customers better.

Avoid this place at all costs. Went over the fact that I was over mileage and would terminate lease early only if they took that cost. I must have said this 20 times. 3 months later I’m getting calls from a collection agency. Lies from professionals should be eliminated, but places like this keep them alive.

Went in to buy a car. The salesperson was Adam. I felt like he was taking down to us and was very condescending. Gave a price for the new car refusing to move off the sticker price, attempted to cheat us on the value of our trade, and lied about the law and extra costs and fees. We walked out. We left and went to another dealer and bought a car for a better price without all the extra add ons. If I could give no stars I would and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about our horrible treatment at this dealership. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE — there are better dealerships who will be honest and fair and treat you with respect. THIS IS NOT THE DEALERSHIP TO USE.

Great Job… I got a great car at a great price. These guys went way beyond my expectations and were extremely helpful. Ed H
