Hopkins Air Conditioning

The first time the tech came out he said that they had to order a part. This was Thursday. The part didn’t come in until a few days later and we had to sleep at a family member’s house for the weekend because it was in the upper 80’s and hotter during the day.
The second time the same tech came out he was working in our apartment and on the roof for SIX hours. That was Monday. Then, he told us it STILL wouldn’t be fixed until they got ANOTHER part. Today, (Wednesday) the tech came out for a third time and worked on the AC for another 3.5 hours. He came back and said he was finished, and to wait a few hours for the house to cool down.
Well, low and behold, the AC STILL is not fixed, not blowing cold, and we’ve been out of AC for going on a week, and we’re in south Florida, it’s not like it’s bearable.
When I called the company, they just told me «wait longer» and that if it still isn’t working in a few hours, I can call to have him come out again. do yourself a favor and find an AC company who can get it right the FIRST time.
