Grease Burger Bar

After a rough day we were finally able to get dinner at 10:30pm. We chose this place because they were open late. I am so glad we did! The food and service was excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed their burgers. Our server gave us recommendations and great service.

Best burgers & sides! Love this place! I got the Apple jack Bacon Burger, delicious! The burgers are huge. It’s a little pricey, but worth it! Plus with the amount of toppings you get on it… who wouldnt want one? Drink prices are great! & if you go after 10pm on Thursdays, drinks are 20−30% off!

Love the food! Why have the whiskey prices gone up? The prices are so high it’s not worth buying a shot of good whiskey anymore.

After taking the Diva Duck Boat Tour, our guide recommended that we eat at Grease, but we were overall not impressed. The burgers were delicious, and the buffalo wings were good, but the triple decker grilled cheese had just too much bread. And even the decorations on the walls were entertaining: from a picture of Obama drinking beer, to old cigarette advertisements and even one that proclaimed, «97% of Southern California doctors recommend meat.» The atmosphere of Grease, at least during lunch, was pleasant. And even though the entire restaurant is based around one large bar, it is completely family friendly.
But why take off two stars? It… was…so…slow. It took us over half an hour to get our lunch (which was just burgers), even though the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Upon asking about the time to get our food, our server blamed it on the size of our table. We were a party of 6. Our server was extremely snarky, and even though the food was fine, it wasn’t anything to write home about. I will most likely not be going back to Grease, but if you do, I recommend you bring lots of patience.

We have been living down here in West Palm for 3 years. We frequent Clematis but finally tried Grease Burger. Wow it was amazing. Try the Patty Melt. Delicious. Can’t wait to get another.

First time to this restaurant, found some parking just around the corner that is very convenient, Had a reservation but was considerably early, so just stopped in to ask the hostess, if it was possible to maybe get in. Right off the bat this girl (Cat) was awesome, told us to hold on, she would check on the tables. One minute later told us would be 10 minutes or so, We went to the bar to get a drink and we’re lucky to find a few seats together, The girls behind the bar were fantastic, there were so many beers to choose from, they gave us samples of some of the tap beers until we found what we liked. Then Cat was right on us our Table was ready, I asked if I could have the bar tab put on with the dinner check, She said I don’t know. It’s my third day, but go to the table and I’ll find out and take care of it either way, Great answer and she did just that. Our server Emily also did a great job, made her recommendations and gave her opinions on what’s best, Started with the fried Pickles, then all four of us ordered burgers, I ordered the Ron Burgandy, was very good, also had the truffle fries, and the onion rings, those two orders were big enough for the four of us to share, and every thing was done perfectly, One interesting choice was if you don’t want a bun you can get a lettuce bun, I had that, it’s a great choice for the low carb eaters,
As the evening went on, it got loud, and we looked around and commented that there was not a frown on any customers face, and all the servers were smiling. Seems like a very friendly place to go and the only thing wrong was it took me a few years to go into this place. my mistake will be back soon and bring more friends, Maybe try to find one willing to try the grease beast! It was a very, very good burger! I just loved the deep fried bacon, it made everything taste incredible! The only negative remark, would be the bartenders; they took their sweet time to wait on me and, despite I ordered onion rings, they never came. Luckily, the taste of the food, the size and the ambiance, made up for that minor issue. Give it a try, it is good.

Wow !!! This place has definitely redeemed it self from the first time I went !!! Largely because of the service of their bartender Michelle. My friends and I stopped by on a Monday and the place was moderately busy however it seem as we were the only group there because the level of service and attention the staff gave us !! I recommend you go in and ask for Michelle

Lunch downtown after the green market. We waited only a few minutes at the bar before being seated outside. The Brinkman burger was cooked all the way through perfectly. I ordered the regular burger with cheddar, also cooked perfectly through. I added a fried egg, goat cheese bacon and fried bacon on the side because I was curious. More than 1.5 pcs of fried bacon is just too much for me lol.
Service was excellent and staff was friendly.

A little pricy for a pretty simple burger, in my opinion. Be careful what days you go, for it is a very small restaurant and it has huge get togethers for football games. I. e, if there happens to be an open seat, you wont be able to hear yourself think.

Happened to be in W.P.B. today and tried Grease with a friend of mine.
First things first. if Eric is working get him as your server.
The other servers might be just as great, but why gamble.
My friend ordered «The Sweet Caroline» burger and I ordered the «Brother From Another Mother» meatloaf sandwich. Both awesome… PERIOD. The burger had bacon, Carolina BBQ sauce and white cheddar, and my sandwich was covered with bacon, Swiss, mushrooms, BBQ sauce and red onion. We got an order of Truffled Parm Fries as the side, really good.
The burger was perfectly cooked and the meatloaf was moist and flavorful. Eric was right on point with his recommendations and his wit; very entertaining.
Sure to go back when I’m up in that part of town.

Music was so loud and horrible, everyone in the place was shouting just to talk, and I actually put rolled up napkin in my ears to dampen what would best be called teen music (and no teens in the place).there’s a speaker over each table, blasting… kinda ruined what could have been a fine experience, I have never rateda place lower because of music… but it was that bad

Came here for the UF-​FSU game. I know this is the official game watching location for the West Palm Beach Noles and it was cool to watch the game with fellow Noles, but there were waaaaaay to few bartenders for the crowd. It took me half a quarter to be able to order a drink! The 25% discount is nice though.

Grease is amazing!!! My friend and I wanted a nice place to watch some football and eat some burgers and this place delivered! The food was amazing! I had the blue cheeses burger that was delicious, the truffle fries were out of this world and their varied craft beer selection was impressive! Our waiter Josh, was excellent, super attentive, honestly great service. Great food, awesome atmosphere, and wonderful service… What else could you want? If you haven’t been here you need to check it out! We will be back! (:

Amazing experience as always. Service was fast. Only thing was that the server made no eye contact when ever he walked by.

Amazing spot in downtown. Come down here if you are looking for some good burger and a beer/​drink.
This place has a huge selection of beer, both local and nacional are in the menu.
Mind that the grease name does have a reason. It has a lot of grease but taste amazing. One burger is big enough if you have a reasonable hungry.
Prices are OK.
Place has a lot of tvs and was crowed due to the games playing. Because of this it can be noisy and difficult to talk. Mind that.
Has a full bar if you are into cocktails (:

The world is a better place when you can have a giant juicy decadent burger in the heart of beautiful people country.
Grease Burger Bar is in a fabulous location in West Palm Beach with a pay parking lot next door you are golden! Park grab one of in my opinions the best burgers in the USA. Then go walk off that behemoth with window shopping and people watching.
The place is open and welcoming with an old style pub vibe that real fits in contrast to the sleek modern high end city surroundings. The staff are excellent truly dedicated to the hospitality restaurant biz.
The menu has some great pub grub you won’t be disappointed. My focus was the burger and man o man it was terrific. There are lots of creative items but I went with the 100% organic and did a build my own. The onion jam is a must try. The burger was a NY state grass fed beef and it was cooked perfectly to my request of medium rare. The secret weapon in the burger arsenal is the brioche style bun that stood up to the flood of wonderful burger juices. They choose to shrewd the lettuce which isn’t my first choice but it still works.
The French fries are not house cut but they are still pretty good. Thinner than a shoe string cut they were crispy and some were softer. Don’t miss out on the truffle catsup!
I got some roasted garlic aioli and truffle catsup for my burger and fries and I was in burger heaven.
If you are anywhere in the treasure coast this is the burger bistro of choice. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. That is a tall order for a burger to impress the FoodDude!

4 stars for ambience and service. 3 stars for mediocre burger. I tried the Illustrated and it was not all it was said to be. Wings were ok, while my beer was great lol Menu was a la carte so you pay for sides separately.
Cool place to visit if you’re in the downtown area but not anything to go out of your way for.

We stopped here briefly on a busy Saturday night and quickly found bar seats. This is really a vibrant place with lots of liquor selections and a broad sandwich and creative burger menu.
We just had drinks and the Gorgonzola fries with mushroom gravy appetizer, inexpensive at under six bucks. They were delicious and full of carbs and fat too, no wonder they tasted so good.
We left about 9PM just as a band was setting up, and noticed the burgers diners were enjoying, and they did look good.
Hope to be back for a meal soon.
