Edible Arrangements

The wide site clearly states that this is a take out location and even has specials and coupons for it. When I arrived, the door bell rung and I could see her behind the kitchen door ignoring me. I waited a few mins and wondered if she didn’t hear, so I pushed open the front door again, causing the bell to ring. She then yells thru the door that she’ll be right there. Minutes went by and she finally came out. I told her I just wanted one pineapple dipped pop and she scoffed at me, saying that she this isn’t a take it location and she doesn’t have any extras. With her attitude and the general misadvertisement. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Buyers beware of this location for ANY deliveries to people you care about. If you want to send a fruit basket that contains almost spoiled fruit, delivers late and has some of the rudest people to deal with then this edible arrangements is for you. We ordered a basket that was almost $ 100 for my sick mother who just got home from the hospital. After specific instructions to the store, they did not follow the instructions so they could not deliver, the fruit was awful, mushy with little to no taste, and was left sitting in the van most of the day. When we called to let them know of the issues we were screamed at by the nasty woman who answered the phone (really need to work on your communication skills). We called into corporate and they said that we would need to deal with the store as its a franchise (they actually let people this rude have a franchise?). We have ordered from many different edible arrangement stores around the country for our clients and most of the times had a great experience, those times it was not so good, they took care of the issues and made us happy. This store in Wellington Marketplace is not like any of the other stores we have dealt with over the past 4 years and will NOT be ordering anything from the company again. You will be much better off going online to find an alternative, don’t give these people a dollar of your hard earned money.

i dont understand why some people dont give them a 5 stars. well i have a complete diferent experience i order from this shopp many times and they always treat me good especialy MARIA you can call and ask for her she is so adorable, she always help me to find the right one and inclusive she give a discount and they do deliverie on time always also.

I had an extremely bad customer service from the store in Wellington, Fl. The lady at the phone on Thursday June 25, 2015 at 5:20 PM hung up the phone in a very disrespectful way, when I was asking about an order I made for my Wife’s Birthday that was not delivered on time. She accused me of been rude to her because of that. I called the Central offices and they took care of my case. They called the Wellington store and finally delivered my order at 7:00 PM. I will never order again from there.
