I’ve been here a couple times now and will not be returning.
This woman is very rude to everyone in the store.
She has the worst attitude I have seen at a small business.
Extremely unprofessional.
Lots of places nearby will be happy to have your business, Don’t patronize businesses that treat people like she does.

Went in to mail one envelope I asked very friendly if I could use a little piece of tape for the back. The lady very rudely responded «This is not a free for all I’m sending it like you give me it». I was very turned off by her rude unnecessary attitude over a piece of tape. I also mailed out the envelope last Tuesday and it has yet to be received by my landlord after 9 business days. I will not be sending anything else from this location avoid and go to the post office

Have to agree with Michael L.
Firstly, I was addressed by a seemingly bad attitude, flip female clerk. She refused me Flat Rate shipping on a 14lb Fed Ex package and gave me a ridiculously high estimate to send it. I took the package elsewhere and got a $ 15 lower estimate for UPS Ground, but still would have been cheaper if she honored the Flat Rate for Fed Ex. When I got home I called FedEx and filed a complaint. They knew the exact details of this package since they had shipped it to me in the first place and I had the tracking number. It was being sent back in the same box. They were very surprised and concerned that I was denied Flat Rate on this package. Who would ever want to do business at this place again? Besides feeling cheated, I don’t like dealing with offensive people.

I’ve been here twice. First, she was a major rip off. But I only realized after I went there for a second time and was treated rudely. This woman is rude & unprofessional. I will be proactive in informing anyone who will listen to never use this location. The post office is close, use them. Use anyone but this woman. You’ll actually save money taking it anywhere else as well.

I did a fedex estimate online for $ 30.00 per box. When I arrived to ship the salesgirl wanted nearly a $ 24.00 mark up (on each box). Massive ripoff, i went to an official fedex/​kinkos on SR7 a mile south of Southern instead. They offered a very similar price to the online estimate.

Great customer service sums this place up! Went in to ship a very large and heavy antique clock which several other places didn’t have to correct sized boxes for. The person behind the counter said no problem, I’ll combine 2 boxes, bubble wrap it and fill in the rest with peanuts for less than a roll of bubble wrap from office depot. They ship UPS, FedEx and USPS
