Domino’s Pizza

Offered the delivery guy $ 50 bucks to deliver pizza 6.8 miles from the store (not closest store, closest store was closed) delivery guy got on the phone and told us if we did not have $ 50 tip when he got there that he would leave with the order and not give us the food. This really pissed me off. We said whatever that’s rude but bring the pizza, we are hungry. Long story short guy said he wouldn’t bring the pizza because he was scared of being robbed. We live in stonehaven within Wellington. Yeah right bro, you have to call us just to get in the gate. Their loss. We will deter people from ever getting pizza there, customer service is not on point.

I ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza with no extra toppings and the breadstick bites with 2 side sauces, that’s it. My order was approximately $ 25.00. If you ask me, that’s expensive. The pizza was okay but nothing great and the delivery guy forgot my sauces that I paid for and wasn’t nice about it. He didn’t offer to bring them back or take it off the bill. I ordered from Pizza Hut a week later and got a LARGE buffalo chicken pizza WITH stuffed crust and 2 extra toppings, breadsticks, 2 side sauces, and a 2 liter soda for approximately $ 22.00 which is cheaper and a lot more items! Pizza Hut didn’t mess up my order, took the same time or less to arrive when I ordered more food and they are both equally close to my house (seeing as I live on military trail), the delivery guy was nicer, and I got a lot more for a way better deal. If you want okay overpriced food and no stuffed crust, and possibly forgotten items that you paid for, that they won’t fix, go to dominos. If you want a delicious pizza with stuffed crust, way more toppings and side items for a few less dollars, then go with Pizza Hut. I’m giving two stars for the fact that the food was alright.

This the the absolutely WORST dominos ever!!! They completely screwed up my order — everything was wrong other than the soda. I called to let them know and see if they could give me a discount on the next one. The person on the phone told me that they «remember» making my pizzas and that they were made correctly. I took a picture of the pizza to show him that even the crust was wrong. He then proceeded to tell me that they stretch the medium crust into an XL crust. I didn’t even have an XL pizza which is what he kept saying. Basically they just kept saying things that made NO sense until I gave up
I hate writing bad reviews but I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad experience and I would never want to give business to such a ridiculous place.

As we are new to the area. this was an easy choice to go with a name we know for our first night in Florida. They arrived to our community with fresh food 25 minutes. Couldn’t be happier to order from them again! Beyond nice staff!
