Chicken crispers are like chicken strips from Walmart. Chipotle sauce helps, but still lacking. Sliders were ok, not cooked to death so fairly juicy. All in all mediocre food. So so service. Monsanto/gluten free items on menu was the only reason we ate here. Next time she’s eating alone…

At here on 4÷26÷16. Got very sick. The food look depressing and old when we got it. It was obviously sitting under the red heat lights for an eternity even though there was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived. The waitress had a huge sour puss on her face the whole time. She acted very displeased to serve my 3 year old. I boarded my plane and regretted eating there. My stomach was in knots for the 3 hr plane ride.

The food is okay but the one star is for the horribly slow service for an airport restaurant. It’s taken me 15 minutes to find my server for a check the last 3 times I’ve eaten here. I’ll go to Nick’s instead from now on.

Total fail this morning for breakfast. We had 50 minutes before our flight boarded. We ordered within 5 minutes of sitting down. 30 minutes later, still no food. No communication from our server who was hiding in the back. Finally told there was no status on our food, so we had to leave and buy chips for breakfast as we ran to our flight.

If you’re waiting for an early morning flight on JetBlue(no real food on board) Chilli’s in Concourse C opens at 6am and is very convenient for a quick coffee or breakfast. The service is fast, wait staff friendly, and the menu prices reasonable.

Horrible service. Waited 35 minutes for 1 sandwich and a toddler meal. The waitress served the wrong toddler meal and failed to serve our sandwich. There were only 10 customers in the restaurant and 6 staff… now we have a 3 hour flight and a hungry crying toddler. I demand that the owners respond.

We would normally eat at Chili’s but they were serving breakfast before our flight. We waited at the hostess station to be seated. They waved us in from the back and were seated immediately. Our waitress was funny and had high energy for being so early in the morning. We ordered their big breakfast for 10.95. We shared the dish since there was more than enough. Two large fluffy pancakes, 2 large sausage patties, a mound of scrambled eggs and a pile of home fries. Definitely more than enough for two. The eggs were obviously the powdered kind. Sausage was decent. The potatoes are from frozen. It will do for breakfast at the airport. Our server was the best, though!

I don’t know how many times an employee passed by my drink without offering a refill. No one smiles, no one acknowledges you. Mind you its 9am and we are the only two customers in this establishment. Where’s the manager to better train these so called employees

I’ll start off being honest, we ate here because this was the only sit down dining on concourse«C». However, from the gentleman who greeted us, the bartender, and Consuelo(our server), the experience couldn’t have been better! The host who greeted us went above the typical, «how are you today?» and actually poised a question engaging us in conversation. He was light and funny, but not with just us, every group who came in was entertained with his witty quips.(I’m sitting close to the entrance) Consuelo was our server, she suggested menu items, upsold me on vodka for my Bloody Mary, and once again we were engaged in light, amusing conversation. Couple this with speedy service & good food preparation, I’d say this particular Chili’s is spot on! Kudos!

Bar opens at 6AM. That’s a beautiful thing at an airport. $ 11 gets you the breakfast feast. 99 cents extra for the fruit cup instead of potatoes. We want you to be healthy! Extra points for the orange juice with your Grey Goose. Safe travels. Enjoy the ride.

The bartender redeemed herself slightly after the hectic rush that was underway when we first arrived. In spite of her obvious desire to leave regardless of the money to be made, she did offer to pour us each one more beer for when our food finally made it out. That being said, the manager was no where to be found(we were told he was busy cooking in the kitchen), the attitude from the entire staff was reprehensible and for the most part downright rude, and when we received the portion of our order that we actually got, it was no longer warm. She apologized profusely for the kitchen staff having thrown out all the soup(the only thing on the menu that enticed me to come in) and offered to get me something else but at that point I decided getting a pizza at the next bar would a better way to spend our money.

There was a chunk of ground beef in my «vegetarian» breakfast tacos. I understand that the tacos are grilled on the same grill as everything else, and I’m not going to make a stink about that, but having a chunk of meat make it INSIDE the taco just shows that the kitchen staff is being sloppy. Service was slow, and getting the check seemed to be a way bigger ordeal than it should have been.

A Chili’s in an airport is depressing… but it’s not so bad when you have nice server who was from Massachusetts and you are heading home on a flight to Boston after a nice few days in West Palm Beach. The girls I was with all got food but I wasn’t hungry so got a Perrier and ordered a lime with it but he gave me a lemon. no big deal I drank it. The girls got some awesome looking sliders and fries and I do kinda wish I got them too, but I was not remotely hungry. We had a nice time and there really were no other options in the airport so they are getting four stars for being our savior in an airport!

Chili’s in the airport and I was hungry. It’s what you would expect ok. I had the chicken/avocado/bacon on a pretzel roll with fries. It filled me up and the waitresses was a doll. My last meal in Florida. The Corona was really good.

Not bad and of course not good. It is a solid OK. I usually order the buffalo chicken salad and I like it. Service is ok too. West Palm airport needs better food options, but in the meantime I’ll probably keep eating at Chilis.

Unfortunately, I have rarely had a good experience at a restaurant in an airport and this place was no different, I’ve been here a few times and the staff is consistently dismissive and eager to get back to their phones. All of the food and drinks are typical Chili’s fare, which is good.

Its Chilis. No matter where you go to a Chili’s in the country they are all the same. Nothing special at all. Only good thing is the happy hour in FL.

Major disappointment. Was in the airport needed quick food and should have known this was was wrong Idea. Got a order of queso and there was no meat in it. Order chicken crispers that weren’t cooked all the way through. Asked for well done veggies and steak on a steak fajita and meat was atleast medium rare with barely cooked veggies. Very disappointing.

I’ve never before been to a Chili’s. After arriving at the airport far in advance of my departure, I decided to sit, have a drink and some lunch. What a nice surprise! First of all, this is West Palm Beach on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon. It was pretty chill. So that was a plus. But I was greeted almost immediately on approaching the bar and since I was alone, that’s where I stayed to eat. The bartender/server was a seasoned pro — thoroughly friendly and rather attentive. Big points. Since I ordered the salmon, my server mentioned it took about 15 minutes(just checking to make sure I wasn’t in a hurry to catch a sooner flight!). I thought that was a nice touch. When the food came, it was really good. The salmon was cooked just right and the broccoli was steamed just so(although honestly it wasn’t piping hot). It was just good and I enjoyed it. And I can’t lie, the beer I washed it all down with was pretty good too!

Chili’s in the airport didn’t turn out to be a bad choice. I wanted to grab something«light» side before boarding. I knew what I was going to get and was content with that. The food came out quick and the service was pleasant. The enchilada soup and a side salad was around six bucks and it fit the bill. I wondered if the soup came from a corporate kitchen or if it was made from scratch. Didn’t matter it still went down well but the thought of all the preservatives was in the back of my mind. It was tasty though and had a good amount of chicken and spice in it, topped with tortillas strips, and cheese. The side salad was standard with ice burg lettuce, but I did find one leaf of spinach, so mixed greens technically. They have a decent selection of drafts beers as well. I didn’t feel like boozing at the moment so not sure on the steepness of price. A decent bar to sit at and the ladies running the show had a smile and sense of humor. Can ask for much more than that.
