I am a current resident, I can not wait for my lease to be up this year. I was one of the first residents to move in. Yes the pamphlet with the pretty pictures, the promises got me. They promise a luxurious club house, a volley ball court, a dog park, well let me just say nothing is being worked on!!! The club house is to be opened by February 1,2016 still looks the same way since I first moved in, there aren’t even workers. The prices are definitely very high for what they are, yes they are new which is what I liked, but for these prices I could definitely live some where else nicer. Ohhh let me not forget the doog poop problem… IT IS EVERYWHERE. Yes leasing office sending one letter notice will fix the problem!!! This complex is not even a quarter leased and already a dog poop problem, yikes imagine if all apartments get leased. I sure won’t be here to see it. Don’t get fooled as I did, there are definitely nicer places to live. And they wonder why they are not getting rented!!! Finish the club house some time this century, maybe there’s a chance, ohh but wait the pool hole is so small my visitor thought it was the children’s pool.
